There were two layers of tape but in direct sunlight you could see, that the first layer was already opened. They tried to mask it by putting each layer over each other but they failed to do so on one side. There is a return label on one side, which they simply taped over. The last nail in the coffin is, that there are two labels of two different german companies which handle shipping and returns for your polish warehouse on AliExpress in Germany and of course they ripped of the first DHL label on one side instead of taping it. I never! had a choice package before with two of those labels. If you are attempting fraud you really should do it more clever and don't do it like amateurs.
I don't want a refund but a brand new printer which I paid for. I would have already opened a case on AliExpress but you just would have refunded me and I have had to send the printer back which is unacceptable for me. I already bought filament and tools, most of them I can't return and I won't pay extra because you were trying to fraud me. I know this game and refunding is the cheapest way for you in this case. I also don't want a discount or anything else. Just send me a new one, you'll get your used printer back and we will never hear from each other again and I will never even read or see a review of a new printer of your company.

Storytime, which I can also prove. I have a disability and can't sit or stand too long without having pain and I am unable to work because of that. I'm getting "Grundsicherung" from the German government which is to help people with disabilities so that they don't go homeless and have insurance. I am getting the bare minimum to survive and from that bare minimum I saved over 200€ in only one year and I was really hyped when the Ender V3 SE hit the market. And I was even more hyped when I got it for such a cheap price that I already bought filament together with the printer and I would even have enough money left for more than just the bare minimum of tools and filaments. This would have been the perfect hobby for me but right now I am just disappointed, depressed and frankly disgusted by your business practices. We are speaking about a 3d printer which was already shipped half around the globe and not a unproblematic rock. I hope it was the only used one because you sold over 50 of them on choice days.
