Actually, I do understand how you would assume I was being forced to eat there; because no one would willingly pay such outrageous prices lol!.

You are telling me cheaper places exist, implying I only eat at these expensive places, then you presume I will never find out what it's like in the more expensive places? You're contradicting your sentence prior.

"It might be worth it"? Whoah whoah now, there's one thing assuming someone is being forced there, there's another thing to assume someone is looking for cheaper alternatives to this place, but now you're assuming it "might be worth it"?!? "To assume makes an ass out of u and me".

Now I know I'm arguing a losing battle at this point. But for comedy sake, the £1500 meal "might be worth it", when the average meal cost around £7, let's see how many nights we can eat at £7 vs the 1 night of £1500.

1500 / 7 = 214.28, yes that's 214 meals for the price of one (214 and a third to be precise!), that's over 7 months of dinner vs this 1 dinner that you alleged "might be worth it".
