- I have the right to decline any request for any reason.
- All commissioned art is for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- You may freely post the finished piece without credit (as I currently don’t have any active social media accounts), but please do not claim the artwork as your own.
- I (Artist) retain rights to the artwork, including the right to use the finished piece as a commission example and/or post on social media in the future. If you need your commission to remain private, please discuss with me beforehand.
- Only one character per sketch. However, you may request two separate sketches at a time.
- Skeb commissions are experimental and may differ in style from the examples.
- Complex designs may be simplified.
- Please note that due to the nature of Skeb commissions, communication from me will be limited while your commission is in progress. There will be no preliminary sketches/thumbnails before your final piece is delivered. Free edits will not be honored unless there’s a mistake due to artist error (i.e. I miss a major design feature). However, minor requests (i.e. changing the solid background color) are fine and will not incur any additional fees.
- Upon receiving a finished black and white sketch, you may request the addition of color for an additional $9.99. However, the initial balance will need to be paid first, and this will also extend the final delivery time by another 2 weeks.
- Edit or addition requests (paid or unpaid) are not possible after 1 week has elapsed since completion; please submit edit/addition requests ASAP.
- Finished artwork will be delivered via Discord message, an alternate messaging system, or (upon request) email. Please save the image as soon as you receive it. I cannot guarantee the ability to re-upload file/s in the event of server failure, file deletion, etc.
- Finished artwork typically has a canvas size no smaller than 800x1000px, but if you need a specific size, please specify beforehand.
- If I am unable to complete your commission and need to cancel, you will not be expected to pay, even if I’ve already begun your commission.
- Your commission will be completed within 2 weeks of your slot being confirmed (i.e. if you are on a waitlist, the timer begins after you are taken off the waitlist and have sent references). If I cannot complete the commission within 2 weeks, you will have the option to either cancel or extend the timeline by an additional 2 weeks.
- Since payment is only expected after completion, cancelling/backing out/ghosting after the sketch is completed will result in being permanently blacklisted and, if applicable, reported. If you’re unhappy with the result or an emergency came up, please communicate with me!
- Do not use my artwork for NFTs, alter my artwork with AI, or use my artwork to train AI.
- I do not accept any commissions that use AI generated reference images.
- You are allowed to apply Glaze or Nightshade to my artwork for the purpose of protection against AI scraping. You are allowed to apply Toyhou.se (or similar) watermarks to prevent theft.
- Artwork may be transferred along with characters, but may not be resold on its own.
- By commissioning me, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
