The Solo Alliance:

I was playing Surviv.io, a free to play online battle royale game, and I came across this man. The man in question didn't attack after I showed a smiley face, an emoticon in the game. I was wearing pink clothing I picked up, so I was easily recognizable, he had a special knife, so he was easily recognizable.

We shot people together, collected crates together, cleared buildings together, and all without speaking. All we had for communication was the emoticons provided in the game. We never once dared to shoot each other, not out of fear, but out of respect. We had made it to the very end. I was away from the very middle, and he was at the very middle. I didn't have much health and would die anyway. So, I let him win in the very middle. We never shot each other, even when we were the last two. Was our miraculous friendship worth a single game win?
