Here is what you will need to get started:
$1-$5 in BTC
An Android Emulator (preferably Bluestacks, which can be found here: https://www.bluestacks.com)
An alt Paypal to send $0.1 to a $1 or a friend who has one
A decidated VPN of your choice or, good proxies.

Getting Started:
First, head to https://ssndob.org/.

You'll get the following page which looks like this:

Click sign up for free, and fill out the following info.
After you'll see this on the side: https://imgur.com/5iSY3xy
Click Add Money.
Choose Add Money Via BTC and add your $1-2 https://imgur.com/HjCH9Tl
Then click the ssn button. You will see on the top with a years search bar. Set that to 1985 (IMPORTANT).
You will then see info. Click any that seems in the correct format, and on the right side there should be a cart. Click to purchase.
After, click the History button on the left hand sidebar.
You should now see the info you just bought.

After getting our needed information, we need an email to make everything with.
Proceed to https://cock.li/register.
Make an email and I would recommend naming it with the first name last name of the info you bought.
EX: Name on info you bought is Johnathan Heger, email would be [email protected] or [email protected].
After registering, click the webmail portion on the top of your screen and login.
Leave that aside for now.

Let's get our phone number for our accounts now.
Proceed to https://www.textnow.com and sign up with the email you just made.
It will ask you for an area code.
Reference the info from ssndob from earlier, and look up the address to find the area code.
EX: Los Angeles, California, the area code would be 323.
You will now recieve a phone number.

Making VBAs, VCCs, and Paypal's:

Let's start with VBAs as they are the easiest.
Head to https://www.chimebank.com, and click Get Started.
It will ask you for the following info to get started:
First Name, Last Name, email address.
Get this info from ssndob, and click continue.
Then it will ask for your date of birth. Again, go to ssndob, and input the info.
It will then ask for your phone #. Use the Phone # you got from textnow.com.
After it will ask for your Address. Get the address you bought off of ssndob.
Then, It'll ask you for your ssn. Input the one off ssndob.
Lastly, It will ask you for your occupation.
Put Food Services, Less than $15000, Once a Month, and Household Income.
Press continue, and agree to the boxes below.
Your Chime account should be opened.
After go back to the Chime Website, and login again.
Click settings, then click account numbers. There you will see the bank info.

Next is PayPals which are the second easiest.
Go back to ssndob, then find the general area or state. Find a proxy or vpn that is located there, and connect.
After that, go to Paypal.com and click sign up.
You can either choose Personal Accounts or Business.
For Business accounts you need to go to https://sa.www4.irs.gov/modiein/individual/index.jsp.
When questions are asked, only click solo proprietor and banking purposes. Then fill out all required info using ssndob.
After this the process should be same. It will ask for First Name, Last Name, email address, password and phone #.
Fill out first name last name with ssndob, input fresh email and any password. Use textnow for the phone #.
After your account should be made, however some work is still needed.
If you have a VBA link the bank now by inputing the routing and account number. It will take 2-3 days to confirm and you will get two deposits in your Chime Bank.
After that, go to your email and complete the confirmation process by, entering your password.
It will then ask you for a verifcation code from your phone #. Go to textnow.com and get the code.
After, go to settings, and click add ssn. Add the ssn from ssndob.org.
Here is where the alt PayPal comes in play.
Send $0.1-$1 from your alt to the account you just made.
It will have a message saying, "Accept your money", click on it then click "Keep in Paypal"
After that, scroll down and then click agree and continue.
It will ask for your date of birth and ssn. Get that from ssndob.
Your PayPal account should be cash verified now!

Finally we have VCCs.
(VCC's are the hardest to make, due to the fact that they check the info more often, and ssndob sometimes has out of date info. This has a 75% - 80% success rate.)
You will need an android emulator, and I have linked one above.
If you are from outside the U.S, go on a vpn/proxy for a U.S ip.
Download the app MOVO from the playstore.
Open app and click "Sign up for Movo."
Input the textnow phone #, email, and password.
It will also ask you for a user id which can be anything.
For the secret question, choose date of birth, and input the date of birth from ssndob.
After, it will ask you for your first name, last name, date of birth, and home phone #.
For the home phone #, input the textnow # and then use ssndob for the rest.
After, it will ask you for the address, input the address from ssndob. (Make sure everything is 100% accurate)
Finally, it will ask you for the ssn.
Press next, and agree.
After this, you will be logged in, and you can press "View Card" to see the info for your vcc.
If you would like to deposit to your vcc, you can link the routing and account number you got in your email to your paypal, and transfer from there.
