8. Early this year I decided to rejoin NAK and start playing Arma 3 again. Since then I’ve met so many great people within NAK and I’m grateful to have a community like this to look forward to every day.
9. Playing cooperatively means players have nothing to prove except their character and willingness to help other players enjoy the game. That’s what I love the most about NAK Squad. I don’t feel pressured to be the most skilled player to gain satisfaction and respect. My enjoyment of gaming has shifted towards helping others enjoy the game.

11. 8. List any real world experience or skills that you feel would contribute to the NAK community:
12. Before I switched to project management I worked for a construction equipment supplier and a big part of my job was managing inventory and employees within our 200,000 sqft warehouse. The employees I managed often had grievances, especially interpersonal conflicts stemming from pressure from our strict schedule. I gained valuable experience in conflict resolution and learned to listen to both sides objectively and never make assumptions of guilt. I also learned how to compel my teammates to perform tasks that they found unfavorable. It’s harder than just telling someone to “do your job” or “that’s what you get paid to do. I also supervised drafters and took on a role as a Principal Engineer when I was just 24. By the age of 25 I have had 8 direct reports in my professional career.

14. 9. Estimated Activity (How active will you be as an Admin.):
15. My availability will be limited on most weekdays. Summer is also just around the corner, so I’ve been spending a lot more time outside. I anticipate around 5 hours/week during peak hours and/or as needed for Tactical Tuesdays.
16.
17. 10. Briefly list what you believe is involved in being an Admin on NAK servers:
18. I think the most important part of being an admin is protecting the public image of NAK. NAK is a successful community because we have leadership that has a vision for what NAK should be. To me, being an admin means representing the values of the community and being a role model that makes everyone feel welcome.

20. 11. Provide any other information that might help us decide why you should be an Admin:
21. Thanks for reading.
