  1. Name: Sirius Lacroix
  2. Age: 19
  3. Faceclaim: Iwan Rheon
  4.
  5. Preferred Code Number: 042
  6.
  7. Basic Personality: Inquisitive, Loyal, Protective, Streetwise, Stubborn, Resourceful, Vindictive
  8.
  9. Powers: Gravitikinesis - possesses the ability to mentally manipulate gravitons (that carry the attractive, gravitational force between atomic nuclei), enabling him to control gravity. He can surround any object or person including himself with gravitons and anti-gravitons (particles similar to gravitons but with opposite charge and spin), thus increasing or decreasing the Earth's pull of gravity upon it.
  10.
  11. Sub-powers: Flight - by decreasing the pull of gravity beneath him, he can fly at any speed or height at which he can still breathe. However by using his force field generation he can also breathe in space. (Apprentice)
  12.
  13. Movement Impairment - by increasing the pull of gravity beneath his opponents, he can pin them to the ground, having made them too heavy to move, or cause sufficient gravitational stress to impair the normal functioning of the human cardiovascular system. (Practitioner)
  14.
  15. Graviton Attraction - he can also cause an inanimate object (such as a 1-foot diameter rock) to radiate enough gravitons to give it its own gravitational field, able to attract nearby matter and energy. (Novice)
  16.
  17. Graviton Blast - by rapidly projecting gravitons in a cohesive beam, he can generate a force blast with a maximum concussive force equivalent to the primary shock wave of an explosion of 20,000 pounds of TNT. If concentrated enough he can exert is power to level a whole city. (Apprentice)
  18.
  19. Black Hole Creation - power to create black holes that can devour matter and energy. Through Gravitational Singularity, the victim will be ripped to shreds when they enter a black hole. Their body would be stretched apart to a point of compression, causing a lot of pain and suffering. When they enter into a Gravitational Singularity, they would be erased to nothingness as body molecule, matter and energy will be absorbed, causing instant death. (Unknown/Not Yet Acquired)
  20.
  21. Your power's bare minimum: Pull/push items a few inches.
  22.
  23. Weaknesses: Madoka Oda. Mental exhaustion and/or muscle strain. Also feasible for full deep water submersion to be disorienting. Unless paying attention, still can be harmed by bullets, electricity, etc.
  24.
  25. Limitations: May be unable to create gravity, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources. May be useless in areas with no gravity (not much of an issue though since technically anywhere even space has gravity). Unable to manipulate the gravitational pull of that which lies outside his vision. Gravity is the weakest of the fundamental forces, so this power may lose out against manipulations of the other forces. As gravity is the result of warped space-time, users of Spatial-Temporal Lock or Space-Time Manipulation may affect/be unaffected. Users of Gravity Negation or Physical Force Immunity can ignore gravity.
  26.
  27. Combat training: Jujutsu, Boxing, Firearms
  28.
  29. Short Backstory: Sirius is the product of violence and hatred, a demonstration of dominion upon an inferior. His father is/was an infamous villain, while his mother was a support class hero. A woman that while broken into pieces, found enough strength to escape the foul clutches that sought to imprison her. Afterwards, upon the discovery of new life in bloom would lose herself in a sea of obscurity, turning her back on responsibility to protect a child that although of ill origin was not unloved.
  30.
  31. His earliest memories would be of windows -- frames in different sizes and color that gave him a glimpse of the world beyond. Always in a constant state of movement, the longest tenure in a town was eight months before stealing away in the dead of night on a Greyhound bus. Perhaps as a way to convince himself of his own existence, this would be the direct cause of the bad habit of tagging buildings or sidewalks.
  32.
  33. He read anything that came within his grasp: newspapers, magazines, books, instruction manuels and cereal boxes. Hungry for words, ripe with people and experiences, especially those that took place in a single town. In time he came to know the name of the stars not only within earth's solar system but neighboring galaxies. He would learn how to rewire electronics, jerryrig plumbing, and bluff with the best of them. But he was a real natural when it came to sticky fingers and couldn't resist the thrill of a wager.
  34.
  35. Concerned that the moving around was having a negative impact on his psyche, as it would potentially cause feelings of disassociation, his mother finally brought them to the cultural melting pot of NYC. It was here that public school was introduced and encouragement was given to join various clubs. She was pleased upon his enrollment at a local dojo to learn the art of Jujutsu, as it afforded the right amount of discipline that was fundamental for his growth. She was not as entirely happy when he took up boxing lessons at the gym.
  36.
  37. For a couple years there was a period of stability..
  38.
  39. Sirius will never know the truth of what befell his mother, only that one evening she failed to return from her waitressing job. Her employer was suspicious of the youth that hovered in the doorway, and contacted the authorities rightfully. But Sirius slipped out the bathroom window and escaped back to an empty apartment. When the landlord and police came, he would elude them as well down the fire escape with a bulging backpack. He was afraid of their attempts at intervention and motivations, as his mother had gifted him with a suspicious mind.
  40.
  41. It wasn't a huge adjustment to become accustomed to life on the streets, to rely on himself and be wary of others. Loneliness was a numbing sensation akin to the dull ache of hunger. He fell into a group of thugs that found value in his developing skills, and it was among them that he became familiar with the weight of a gun and the regret of shouldering the burden of firing it.
  42.
  43. Shortly after his thirteen birthday, while assisting one of his associates with a theft of a Quik-E-Mart, his powers became apparent. Chased into oncoming traffic, a taxi nearly ran him down if not for the abrupt flare of a gravitational force field that caused the car to crumple in upon itself. Frightened by the development, it was all too easy for the appropriate parties to get their hands upon him. Sirius found himself transported to A.V.A.L.O.N. and that is where his story by arguable opinion truly begins.
  44.
  45. No surprise that Sirius earned a quick reputation for being troublesome and brilliant. Always testing the limits of the facility, others and himself as if understanding would give him some measure of control. He is very selective about entertaining friendships or attachments, but has been unable to shake the bond that has developed with Madoka. A notable relationship that can be used to manipulate his compliance.
  46.
  47. Activity Level: 5-7 to be truthful. Weekends are the best time, or a small window between 12AM - 3AM during the weekdays (generally). Occasionally 10AM - 2PM. Always approachable for forum, skype, google doc, etc.. for scenes.
  48.
  49. Timezone: EST
