Shikai and Bankai :

General Concept :

-The Soul Reapers upon passing their trial to the next rank they are tp'ed into a place where they click a Sign and it sends them into a inner world the same as Ichigo there they will see the NPC that represents their shikai , upon clicking it they will gain the spells and the sword removing their previous one.

-Conserning Bankai now this is a tricky one achieving Lieutenant rank you will have the chance of attaining bankai but...this one will be far harder us ( the staff or fighters ) will fight the player inside the specific zanpakuto's inner world with the spirit spec's if they succeed in defeating us they shall attain a portion of the bankai ( the rest are attainable when they get the actual character ).

Shikai :

-Give them Lieutenant shikai levels and maybe one or two captain zanpakutos but this is debatable as we are trying to achieve a unique play style where people don't walk around with 20 senbonzakuras.
They can only use the Shikai powers once they activate the spell and hold it , multi casting would be far harder as they'd need to manage their activation and hado.

Bankai :

-This activates the form of the bankai not immediately giving them or use the spells it surrounds them with their bankai energy ( or form if seen in the anime ) and then they can use this.

Spell idea :

Hollow's :

-Each class has their unique spell that comes with them like a sort of passive , for example vasto lorde has a strong regeneration ability so when they reach vasto then evolve to arrancar they gain a medium regen ability ; Adjuchas would be it's speed so they gain that hollow's are all about their buffs and debuffs they cannot fight Captains without their ressurection's

Soul Reapers :

 - Each sword requires to be up to activate their spells like , Senbonzakura you can only use it's spells when you activate Senbonzakura and have it up so no multi casting shit;

-Hado and Bakudo we could make a skill tree where they can't get everything rather they have to decide where to put their points into.

Quincy :

-They'll be divided into various branches in the Wandenreich like the manga hunting squads and shit , once they join that squad they cannot for example apply for sternritter unless they pass a stern exam that happens if they pass it they'll become the substitute captain for example Hunting Captain ( with this it means they gain certain spell's or a special skill tree meant for this branch due to them being the raiders of the Quincy so they are meant for offense );

-Some Quincy can decide to follow the path of melee reishi weapons meaning they'll focus on the melee skill tree , others can choose the ranged skill tree.
