Helen Okowe - Protagonist, Catholic, elite Nigerian pilot and Executive Princess and Duchess of the UYPV Empire. Original squad commander of "Archetype Security Division", the PMC division of UYPV Global Security, subsidiary of the independent corporate-state of UYPV System. Currently pilot of a drastically customized 3.5 Generation T-90 Armor, of the 4th Generation X-72 Space Armor, the Theta Asp Variable Geometry Armor, and of the advanced X-1 Armor. Known among the company for our absurd skill with meat and cooking in general, looked up to as an older sister by the pilots, adopted daughter of Ms. Miller, and the heiress to UYPV Systems and the corporate-state of UYPV Systems.

Li Han - Chinese pilot of the 3.5Gen T-90 (Commander Type, Advanced Sensor Suite, EW Module, Drone Launch and Control Module) and X-72 (Advanced EW Module). She is a world-class hacker and the EW specialist of the squad. Hobbies are browsing the Internet, trolling on 4chan, and watching anime.

Hyun-ae - South Korean clone pilot of the 5th Gen T-50 Golden Eagle, an all-black PAK-FA, and X-80 Interceptor Space Armor. Is now a part of the UYPV Empire royalty. Efficient in combat, but likes to be pampered and treated like a kid sister by Helen. Used as a scout and interceptor. Jokingly called the company mascot/thing that is fawned over by the repair staff.

Noir von Stahlberg (Catherine Tverskaya) - Pilot of the PAK-FA 5th Generation multi-role and X-72 Armors. A little on the screwy side, as she fancies herself a knight that fights for her queen, Helen. Tends towards the overdramatic and fights for glory. Has an Armor-sized katana made from Lunar Ceramic Alloy with an edge of Asteroid Titanium given to her by Hoshi. Takes the striker position in the squad. Engaged to Hanna Davison. She is now a Planetary Governor.

Shinobu Manabe - Japanese clone pilot of the F-111 Theater Engagement Armor and the X-91 Super-Heavy Space Armor. Works out constantly on both cardio and the weight machines, trying to get swole. She was a little pudgy before, but has started losing the weight. Normally shy and demure, but becomes very energetic and outgoing when talking about weight training or working out. Generally provides support fire for the squad. She is currently on Earth, as an Armor Trainer.

Julia Miller - American, owner of Miller's 1st Girls School for Training and Development, married to Anne, and Mom to Helen. Is very skilled at deprogramming and rebuilding minds. Provides missions for Helen. Apparently was in a competition with her college friends to see who could build the best Armor Training School and PMC Armor Squad between them. Usually coolly professional. Perfectly capable of being supportive of her daughter and being all motherly while ordering a sweeper team to strangle a man to death and clearing a room of hostiles.

Anne - Owner of UYPV Systems, Empress of the UYPV Empire, wife to Miller, and mom of Helen. Knew Miller since their days at Yale. A brilliant engineer in her own right, she also has a personal interest in UYPV Global Security. Russian, and is an acquaintance of Putin (who is now Premier of the Colonies). Usually calm and collected.

Sabrina - The Witch of UYPV. Head Researcher at only age 14, and makes the impossible, possible. She was one of the first recipients of the Battlefield Resurrection technology. She has developed the Sabrina Special (stealth attack drone based off of the GA Avenger and the Yakoklev Yak-141), Puma Infiltration Drone, Mars Express kit for the Sabrina Special.

Major Smith - Retired Armor Pilot and now the trainer and coach for Helen and her squad. Fun-loving, brash, large and in charge. Swole as fuck, and acts like a big sister to all of the pilots.

The Mighty Flowers - group name for the Shinobu clones, who work in the cooking support staff. They think we don't eat enough healthy food and should pump more iron to get swole.

The Colors - Noir clones who work as technicians and engineers, who think of Helen as someone who keeps pushing their armors to the limit. Parts of their memories and personalities have been supplemented by those of volunteers from UYPV Staff.

The Security - Hyun-ae clones who work as support security staff, who think of Helen as the ideal pilot since she doesn't break things. They also act as infantry support frequently, donning power armor and helping out on missions.

Sophia - An Artificial Human, produced by putting an AI into a human meatbody. May have originally been abused into compliance before she was BEFRIENDED by Helen. She doesn't want to fight, and so acts as Helen's secretary and personal aide. Looks up to Helen for saving her, both her local copy and the primary copy that was on the Moon.

Dacia (D-10) - Artificially created human, produced from the combined genomes of some of the world's greatest Aces. Very feminine looking, he is a unique male who has the Affinity to pilot Armors. He was very sheltered when growing up, with only his sister and robots for company. Now works as an assistant under Sophia.

Gabriel (G-21) - Artificially created human. Was part of a mothballed project to preserve the human genome and restart human civilization from the Moon after a nuclear war. She now works as an assistant under Sophia, and helps Helen shower under orders from Miller and Li.

Julia and Keyonna - twin sisters and armor pilots, on the active roster and part of B Team. Originally from Detroit, they emigrated to Corporate Station, but after being unable to find work, banded together with other discriminated against Earthers to form the Jetstreamers gang. Were horribly outclassed by Helen and Li, and were captured.
They each pilot the F-15E Strike Eagle Armor, upgraded with Space Alloy armor kits and Microwave Power Systems.

Lilly Martinez - Former hacker leader of the Jetstreamers gang. Surrendered when she realized that the Black Devil and the Phantom of Outer China were coming after her. She now serves as a secondary EW and information warfare specialist under Li. While Li fights on the frontlines, Martinez coordinates from an AWACs plane or from back on the ship.

Sam - Former Boeing Armor Pilot. She is informal and easygoing, but can be very over-enthusiastic in battle, especially if she gets a chance to use her Avenger rotary cannons. Has admitted that she has a crush on Helen. Now pilots the Fortress-class Gamma Asp. She is currently on the Ringworld, teaching the Felinids to integrate with the UYPV Empire.

Margaret Wood - Armor pilot of an Eta Asp, best friend and former classmate of Helen, and fellow graduate of Miller’s School. She was working for Academi and Jonna (Miller’s old girlfriend) when they were tricked into attacked the family of the US President. Now works for Helen as the Ace and Squadron Commander of Aegis Tactical Solutions.

Hanna Davis - Armor pilot of an A-4 Skyraider who served under Margaret, and came with her to Archetype. Sister of Susan Davis. Lots of experience with Marine tactics, and has fought alongside South American Union forces against the Northern Alliance in Brazil. Loves to dress in unusual clothes, and is just as melodramatic and odd as Noir. Is in love with Noir, and bunks with her, and is now engaged.

Susan Davis - Armor pilot of an AMX-10 who served under Margaret, and came with her to Archetype. Sister of Hanna Davis. Has fought alongside freedom fighters in the chaotic regions of Central Asia and the ruined regions of Iran and Afghanistan. The normal one of the Davis sisters.

Emma, Sven, Laters - The Trio who pilot MiG-29's. Graduates of Hoshi Shinonono's Armor School. They were bullied and considered the weakest pilots in the school, and only given outdated equipment. After Helen and Li gave them some tips and combat training, they shot up to Number 3 at the school. Now are signed on with Archetype.

Jane & Megan - A pair of girls who pilot Su-27's. They were cocaine-crazed Armor Pilots of Colonel Nudist, a warlord in the Congo, who Helen helped to apprehend. They have been deprogrammed and cleaned up by Miller, but seem to be lacking much personality.

David - an AI programmed and developed by Li, Martinez, and Sabrina. Has an English accent when speaking, a quirk programmed into him by Li. He is capable of forking himself into multiple machines, and then merging the state vectors back into a single identity, multiplying gained experience. He uses a Cronus 2-class Armor as his main body.

Georgina - Former Junior Lieutenant of the Brazil Space Forces, and was mustered out of service when Brazil won the war. She has since signed up with Archetype Security. She believes in palm and tarot readings. An Ace pilot in her own right, she also has a daughter that Helen helped to rescue from rogue Brazil Space Forces troops that had turned to piracy and terrorism.

010 - Codename ‘Sakura Darkthorn’. Leader of the failed Mars assault team that attacked Miller’s School. Said to be the best of the Martian Colonial Marines. After her defeat at the hands of Helen, and finding out that Helen is a baseline human, she now believes that Helen is the Earth Messiah spoken of in the Historical Documents, who will save Mars.

Jessica - A member of Sakura’s Martian assault team and of the Religious sub-caste.

Cecil Starstone - An elite ace, the Hero of the Battle of 2010-Palanas. In the battle, Cecil took down a starship, several Armors, and a starfighter with an obsolete Armor. One of the first of the spaceborn, she had been genetically engineered with an extended lifespan and slowed aging, looking 30 when she's already past 50. Pilots the custom transforming Armor known as Machine 0. After Helen's liberation of Mars, she has decided to end her self-imposed exile from the Earth Sphere. She wishes to have tea with Helen, and has now signed up with Archetype Security.

Barnard - Noir-type, part of the crew of the Enterprise.

Sirius - Hyun-ae-type, captain of the Enterprise and mission commander for their first trip to Gliese 581.

Colonel Durand - Formerly of the French Armed Forces, retired, and currently CEO and Commander of Aegis Tactical Solutions. Originally had a low opinion of PMC's, but after working with Archetype Security and Helen to apprehend an African Warlord (Colonel Nudist) and securing a UN mission, he changed his opinion and agreed to Helen's offer to lead Aegis Tactical Solutions.
A bit of a traditionalist, but still a competent commander.

Hanna Okowe - A clone of Helen created by the Mars Control System in an attempt to create a superior Ace pilot to defend itself. Hanna’s mind is mostly composed of Helen’s memories prior to her meeting Miller, as well as memories of the Mars Priestess, the Main Computer, and several other people. She lacks the memories of Armor training, and so is a body double for Helen. She has appeared in commercials, is an idol singer in her own right, and basically takes Helen’s place for any TV or movie shots that need to be done.
She has helped to make Helen into a pop idol sensation, and also a movie star. Due to being kidnapped once, she has started taking Armor piloting lessons from Major Smith. She now has an X-1 Armor on her at all times to fight off kidnapping and assassination attempts.
Hanna is also just as lewd as Li, and has no problems with showing her affections to Helen’s girls. She also believes Helen and Mira to be terribly normal sexually.

Marika Svlenya - An Ace Armor pilot formerly from a PMC based out of Vladivostok and now one of Helen's wives, given to Helen by Russia as part of an FTL technology deal. A real Russian patriot, she exemplifies the ‘Great Patriotic Russian Comrade’ stereotype, and is an ardent Putin supporter. She trained with Helen once long ago, and considers her a good friend. She was used as the base for the Noir series of clones. She once stated that when she gets a daughter, she wants DNA from Helen. She has achieved her dream, as she is pregnant with Helen's child.

Mira - Helen's first wife. A former officer in the US Navy, she worked in the propulsion plant of the carrier USS Gerald R Ford.
The two are lovey-dovey for each other, and Miller likes to tease Helen about it. She is mother to Helen's first-born child.

Elisa, Ophelia, Calista and Beth - The Titans, specially engineered pilots who are nearly 8 feet tall, and pilot specialised anti-Armor-class Armors. They like to use their size and strength to their advantage, and have a tendency to look down on those smaller than them.

Verde, Azul, Rohas, and Tobias - Martian Armor pilots from the Starstone genetic line. Have sworn their allegiance to Helen.

Vivian - An AI that was originally used by the Gamma Burst Station to try to stop Helen. After David shot down all but 3 of her Hubble-3 class space fighters, she surrendered and agreed to serve Helen. She is a bit on the naive and child-like side, and Sophia looks down on her for it.

Mat - Intern from Silverstein Labs. Specialized in advanced genetic technology, research and development.

Silver - Intern from Silverstein Labs. Speaks mainly in Russian, with a bit of English. An Armor engineer, and the designer of the Asp Variable Geometry Armor.

Zero - Red-headed Titan from Aegis Tactical’s Administration division. Her height has been reduced to normal size during her creation process. A punk rocker, she was selected as Aegis’ entrant in Margaret’s plan to plant an operative in the Organization’s idol scheme.
With the absorption of the Organization, Zero continues her punk idol career.

Elizabeth Churchill - Number 1 Ace of the Earth Sphere, #1 of Jane’s Top 1000 Armor Pilots. Descendant of Mad Jack Churchill, she carries her ancestor’s claymore with her. Pilots a massively customized F-35, and is massively augmented with cybernetics. She worked with Helen during the Corporate State Coup Crisis.

Commander Rebecca and Master Sergeant Otoye - Members of Section 6, a PMC operated by a rival/old friend of Miller’s. They were operating as diplomatic envoys, while secretly supporting the resistance fighters operating against the Coup Forces (Corporate State Coup Crisis). They were shot down by the defense laser array, and rescued by Helen. They provided detailed plans of the defense laser array. Since then, they have made occasional contact with Helen.

Darkman, Ghost, 360, Davidson - US Special Forces squad (Army Rangers) who have worked with Helen in the past. Davidson is the squad leader. 360 is the team’s cyberwar specialist, and Li’s boyfriend after he beat her in a hacking race on the Moon. They became free agents after their tours of duty ended, and they have since signed up with the UYPV Empire.

Maggie-Sue Lynn - Formerly #150 on Jane’s Top 1000 Armor pilots. Known as “the fastest gun in Texas”, she is also a famous television star, singer, and Armor pilot. However, after taking part in an attack on a bank in NYC which involved nerve gas, she became a wanted criminal. She had vowed to kill Helen, and considered herself to be Helen’s rival. She intended to be the one to kill Helen and would not allow anyone else to harm her, going as far as to help out Helen. She had done this twice. She was finally cornered, and defeated, by Helen. By pulling some strings, Helen has gotten Maggie as part of Archetype, as well as making her a new body. She is now an Armor pilot for the UYPV Empire and fights under Helen, but still considers herself to be Helen’s rival. She is held up as an example Ace at the UYPV Armor Academy.

Alex - A college friend of Mira, who works for a defense contractor at Newport News. Successfully talked Helen into moving Archetype and Aegis’ moorings and ports to her company’s private dock and shipyard.

Elizabeth Hughes - Nicknamed the Silent Devil, she is an Armor Fight pilot representing the UK and hails from London. She was the first Armor Pilot from London to ever make it to the World Tournament Championships. When fighting her in the World Tournament, Helen went a little too far in her Aether manipulation and ended up messing with Hughes’ brain. Hughes now serves Helen, and has been accepted by Noir as Helen’s Third Knight, the Cat Knight. She now also shares Helen's bed with Helen's other wives.

Commander Takamachi - Owner and commander of Section 6. An old friend/rival of Miller’s, Takamachi was the Champion of the first World Armor Fight Tournament and was the third-ever Armor Pilot. The early Aether experiments had a side-effect of giving her extended longevity, as they were done in the 1950’s and she is still active in the 2020’s.

Ethan Miller - Captain of the research ship Atlantis. Miller’s brother and Helen’s uncle. He was taken prisoner by Conjoiners when they took over the research station over Titan and fomented rebellion in the Saturn colonies. He was rescued by Helen when an international task force came to liberate the station and beat back the aliens.

Tanya the Wanderer and RX the Hunter - Tanya is the product of a eugenics program to give Spacers extended lifespans. Her partner, RX, is an android. They patrol the frontier systems for criminals and people in distress. They are essentially Space Marshals.

Jessica - A fellow graduate of Miller’s School. Along with Helen and Margaret, they were known as the Lagos Trio. She was brainwashed by one of her clients, and detonated a suicide bomb in an attempt to kill Helen. She was restored from an earlier backup, and now fights alongside Helen and Margaret once again.

Emmanuel - Helen's biological brother. His death was a cover for an arms manufacturer to kidnap him. When he and Helen met again, he was able to take control of the arms company with Helen's help. He has three self-declared wives; Elizabeth, Summer, and Rico. He is now CEO of an arms manufacturer of respectable size.

Princess Fatima - A Princess of the Royal Family of Algeria, and a backer of the Trans-Saharan Grid of solar downlink power plants. She is also an accomplished Armor sniper, having trained at Miller's School. She once hired Helen and Archetype to guard her as the Trans-Saharan Grid was completed. After she had a body double clone created to take on her duties as a Princess, she has joined the UYPV military and fights in the 707th as an Armor sharpshooter.

Shuri Kuroshurii - Top agent of the Dark Economist Society (UYPV's secret intelligence agency) and personal intelligence attache for Helen. Shuri and the DES are constantly putting plans in motion behind the scenes to ensure that UYPV's supremacy and Helen's safety. Shuri was personally tasked to protect Helen by Miller, and she fell in love with Helen over the years of watching her from the shadows. She has confessed her love, and Helen has accepted (with Mira's consent).

Loren - One of the many AI's working aboard the ISS Joint Stock Venture.

Victoria - Queen of the Jovian Kingdom and Pirate Queen of the Outer Systems. Her mother was one of the first fighters against the attempts to create a “Jovian Empire” by exiles from Mars who attempted to create their own nation. Her father's records are sealed as state secrets, with a simple record of him joining UNSRD, and then falling off the side of the map. She was originally a rebel fighting for Jovian rights against Helen, but then UYPV bought out the mining consortium that the Jovians were fighting against, and Victoria was made into the Queen of the Jovian Kingdom. The Jovian Kingdom became a vassal state of the UYPV Empire when the Saturnian Kingdom swore allegiance to UYPV. As part of the tourist attraction for outer system cruises, Victoria stages 'pirate attacks' on luxury cruisers for the entertainment of the passengers.

Colonel Murdock - Leader of a colony ship that "disappeared" decades ago. In reality, they set up a defense base on Proxima Centauri 2, as a defense outpost for Mankind. Their great project was to set up a network of Negative Mass Generators that would stop FTL travel into the Sol System, as a defensive measure against alien invasion. They were discovered by Helen, and the Colonel informed her of the Ringworld they had detected, and were worried about. The advent of FTL travel and of the Stargate Network has made their mission redundant, however.

Azuria Hanna Traveler - A graduate of the UYPV Armor Academy, she proved her skills by fighting alongside Helen against rebel forces on a luxury cruiser. Pilots a massively customized crimson F-15 ACTIVE, and has dyed her hair red to match her idol's, Maggie-Sue Lynn. As part of Academy training, girls must choose an ace to idolize and emulate; Azuria chose Maggie, since she was the only one to fight Helen in public, and be able to not only survive but retreat from a fight with the Black Devil. She has asked for a place by Helen's side, protecting her. She is currently an Ace pilot in the UYPV military's elite Royal Guard unit, the 707th, and is frequently tapped to take part in Helen's personal operations.

Misa - A friend and Armor wingmate of Azuria. One of the first Felinids to leave the Ringworld, and to join the UYPV military.

Larnock - Former Dread Pirate and Marshal, and Captain of the Yamato-class pirate ship "Garden of Justice". With other radical Marshals she turned to piracy as a way to attack the UYPV Empire, which they saw as choking out freedom by imposing imperial rule over most of the galaxy. She was defeated in battle by Helen, and through a combination of Helen's natural charm and Aether-control, she became a member of Helen's harem. Charismatic and idealistic, Larnock nonetheless knows when she's beat, and will not throw the lives of her crew away unnecessarily.

Yukine, Megadeath, Sentinel, and Beast - Armor pilots of the 101th Armor Squadron, the Singing Fighters. Yukine is the flight lead. Beast has Aether Control abilities almost as strong as Helen's. After a battle against a 20-mile long Machine dreadnought, and redirecting their wormhole to a supernova, Beast gave Helen a hand-carved flute that she had made, before returning to Earth.

Lorelei - The Machine Emissary, one of the Machines that downloaded into a biological frame in order to be able to control Aether particles. She first came to UYPV as an Emissary from the Peace Faction of the Machines during their Civil War, in order to negotiate with Helen. She provided degenerate matter reactor and computronium technology. She has learned all about human interaction from the Internet, leading to many misunderstandings.

Duke Harronen - The self-styled "Mad Scientist of UYPV". A brilliant, if eccentric, scientist. Appears to be specialized in weapon systems.

S10 - A Machine AI in an artificially grown and enhanced human body to allow for Aether control, with flowing orange hair. She fought against Helen, but fell to her Aether control. She is Lorelei's sister, and like her, learned about human culture and society through the Internet; specifically, image boards and rag-sheets like the National Enquirer. She is currently dating Shuri.

Yeon - A body double for Hyun-ae. She is an idol singer, and sings alongside Hanna.

Leona Minami - AKA Magical Lady White, Defender of New Solomon. Originally she was a test subject held by Ameristar, but was freed by Otoye of Section 6. She fought against Ameristar, and when the megacorp took over New Solomon and rose up against the ISA, Leona led a UYPV-backed rebellion to defeat Ameristar and have New Solomon join the UYPV Empire.

K-10 - codename for a Felinid soldier in the 707th Royal Guards, and squad leader of the Lion Troops, Felinid marines. She has been at the forefront of many battles, and fought alongside Ghost as well. She has been personally rewarded by Helen for her deeds in battle.

Kate - Pirate Princess, leader of a faction of pirates that rejects augmentation and genetic modification, and now one of Helen's wives and a Princess of UYPV. She is a former PMC Armor pilot, who started out on cheap and outdated F-4's befor moving up in frames. Her PMC joined in the South American War, but she was cut loose afterwards. She joined the pirates after UYPV released FTL technology.
She still feels resentment towards the economic elites of Earth, but is complicated by the fact that now she's one of those very same elites, as a royal of the UYPV Empire.

Soran and Hollis - sisters who were rescued from a genetic experimentation lab on the far side of the Moon by Environmental Protection Front Terrorists. They were desperate for money, and volunteered for genetic experiments. Hollis was consequently turned into a Wolf-Human Hybrid. When the EPF broke them out of the genetics lab they were in, they agreed to fight for their cause. They were defeated and captured by Azuria when UYPV boarded a freighter taken by the EPF. Soran is an Armor pilot, and Hollis is an Armor technician. Hollis has developed a crush on Azuria, which Soran jealously decries. Soran successfully badgered Azuria into buying them a home on the UYPV planet of Eden 2 in the Mid Rim.

Lt. Yuuki - An Armor pilot with the 765th PMC. She was invited to be a test pilot in the 2nd UYPV Armor Trials to test the Supernova Armor prototype.

Mauve - French fighter Ace, integrated directly into France's latest military fighter. As a brainbox installed in a fighter, she is able to have faster response times than many other fighter pilots, and as she still has biological organs, she can use Aether Particle systems. Her advanced cybernetics allows her to move from the fighter to a synthetic body (though she is dependent on expensive anti-rejection drugs).

Emma and Camille - French Armor pilots, part of the Fairy Squadron based off of the French carrier DeGaulle. They pilot Rafale M Armors.
