- Miri: Orphaned at the age of 10. Adopted by abusive Human father. Mother was murdered by a mugger, father died guarding Naraku Valley, she never met him. Forced to labor in adopt-father's mason business, punished her for sucking at it. Peers made fun of her rough appearance and Drow features like her rough hand skin, white "Granny" hair and her goofy ears. She had been tricked under the guise of a romantic meeting with a boy she liked, and sworn off Human men after that, as all humans seemed to be cruel and bitter.
- Another 50 years passed, her Drow vigor outlasting her adopt-father's, and so he left the business with a distant relative who moved in and swiftly forced Miri out. Miri, outraged, struck one of the family members, landing her in jail with a hefty fine for someone without work. She heard later on that the fine was not payable at the time, and that they were going to send her to 5-year indentured guard duty near Naraku as payment. Miri knew she'd never live it through, with all the Oni and Demons that lurk the north. She began to panic in her cell, when a strange masked man asked "Are you ready to go home?". She knew this wasn't a guard, his apparel was too baggy, and not anywhere near Gunma's colors. The man said "I can take you where you belong. Don't you want to return to your family?". His wording threw her off, as he made it seem present tense, so she asked what he meant. The man removed his mask, revealing Tiefling features beneath his hood, then a woman stepped from behind him. Cloaked in raven feathers and donning a similar mask she said, "We must hurry Do'Cha unless you want to tackle the guards?". Miri weighed her options: Stay and be sent to an almost suicidal defensive post at the ripe age of 60, or go with these strange, yet delusional people who are offering her an out right now. Naturally she took the latter option, and the woman whisked them away in shadow, to some place far outside of Gunma. From there on her travels with her Demi-Siblings began, where she learned how to fight, how to call on her Demi-God powers, and how to fulfill the duty her true mother, Kunido, needed her for.
