✎ | BACKGROUND:
-  Born in the city of Suwon, Tae-ki and his parents enjoyed their time together until
   Tae-ki's little brother was born three years later. With his mother and father getting
   a divorce right after his little brothers birth, Tae-ki and his brother was forced to
   live with their father in Suwon as their mother ran off to Seoul in late 2002. Growing
   up without a mum was a lot easier than he'd expect it to be, especially with his lively
   father right there to raise him. They continued to live in Suwon until Tae-ki turned
   thirteen, when they eventually moved to Luoyang, Henan, China. Quickly becoming fluent
   in Mandarin, the teenager found love in music as he grew up with the music festivals in
   his district. That's when he started to practice his vocal skills, and even ended up
   joining some of the live practices in the musical festivals. Wanting to continue his
   dream in the music realm, Tae-ki moved to Seoul to live with his mother - saying goodbye
   to his beloved brother and father, and hello to the job of a life time.

        -  He played Korfball in his High School years, and was in the representative
           China team when going to nationals in the Netherlands to compete in his second year.
        -  He likes to collect hats, especially dad caps and trucker caps
        -  After two months of living in Seoul with his mother, he auditioned for BigHit
