I am going to share my story with you guys... And I am going to spoil it, it doesn't end well... (Yep, I ended up being banned for playing too much NBA 2k20 )

You can say that I am a hardcore 2k player, I've played over 1.200 3v3 Pro-AM games, I was top of the rep leaderboard and 3v3 Pro-AM leaderboard. I've played more than 400 park games, won some events, etc... And I was Superstar 2 (not like I was Elite 2 like the cheaters are right now).

Yesterday, I came back from work, I try to launch my game as usual, I try to log in and I get an error code. Next thing I know when I pressed "Connect" it says that I've been banned.

I was in shock, I haven't done anything wrong. First thing I do is send an email to 2k support about the issue and since I am panicking I try to contact 2k live support at the same time. The thing is, I am banned for "Impossible stats and rep" in a game where I spent more than 400h and 98% of my games are in the park or Pro-AM where I think you CAN NOT even bot. (I think they banned me because they think I glitched/botteed).

Summarizing they told me my ban is not up for appeal, even though the first 2K-Support-Employee I hit up, Manuel, implied that the ban was a mistake. And now I am banned from 2k support cause I tried to explain my case and they didn't want to talk about it anymore.

As far as I can tell there was a ban wave, because almost all players that were on the MyRep Leaderboards on PC were banned for Park Rep glitching. Thing is that these guys were elites while I was only Superstar 2! So it seems my ban is collateral damage of this ban wave and completely unjustified

Can you please help me get my voice heard so I can get my unrightfully banned account back? I literally can't play online anymore even though I did nothing wrong but 2K refuses to talk to me anymore so you guys are my last hope! I will attach proof of my games played/stats below.
