[00:18] * [BNS]Komacho runs into the water, diving in under an incoming wave and popping up on the opposite side, looking sporty in her red tube top and hot pant combo
[00:20] * Nameji watches Komacho running around in the water from the group's beach blanket, covering herself up tightly with what looks like a giant sheet

[00:22] * [Tess]Kovacs lies on the blanket, rolling from one side to another.
[00:23] * Nameji glances around shiftily, tightly clinging to her sheet.
[00:23] * Sara` watches from a seperate point on the beach, dressed in a more modest one-piece.

[00:24] * Nameji glances away from Kovacs.

[00:25] * [Rut]Absolution stands at her regular distance, with each tide washing over her (clawed) feet. She is in a strapless one piece swimsuit, leaving the dark skin of her collarbones exposed to the sun. Her legs are quite long...
[00:25] * Nameji tightens her grip on her sheet cover even more.
[00:29] * [Tess]Kovacs pets Nameji's head, chuckling.
[00:30] * Nameji uneasily jerks away on reflex.
[00:30] <Nameji> <...Ah, you were just petting me.  Haha~>
[00:31] <[Tess]Kovacs> <Can you trust me that little?>
[00:31] * [Tess]Kovacs tries again.
[00:31] * Sara` sees Komacho and smiles, standing up. Her arms and legs seem... elongated, compared to normal proportions. Her whitish skin basks in the sun where exposed.
[00:31] * Nameji weakly smiles~

[00:32] * [BNS]Komacho runs back up on the beach in front of the others and starts to dig into the sand. Being in the water has covered her brown skin in droplets of water that sparkle in the sunlight.

[00:33] <Nameji> <I came under the premise of getting to oogle Komakoma, but it's too hot to really appreciate it.>
[00:34] <Nameji> <Salt means rust!>
[00:34] <Nameji> <Rust means pain!>
[00:34] <[BNS]Komacho> <You can shower afterwards!>
[00:34] * Nameji o O (Good thing they didn't realise that I'm not even made of a rustable metal...)
[00:35] * [BNS]Komacho gets bored with digging and runs off somewhere
[00:35] <Nameji> <Nope, nope!  Oxidization starts immidiately.  There's no way around it.>

[00:35] * Sara` holds her chin, as if pondering something... and then disappears.
[00:37] * [BNS]Komacho comes back with a bucket of ice-cold water from the beachhouse and sneaks up slowly behind Nameji...
[00:38] * Nameji vaguely notices something disapparing out of the corner of her eye... But is too concerned with her sheet to do anything.
[00:38] * [BNS]Komacho heaves, hos and dumps the contents of the bucket over Nameji's head!
[00:38] * Sara` splashes in the ocean just then, as if on cue. She surfaces, smiling.

[00:39] * [BNS]Komacho flees into the water!
[00:39] * Nameji makes sparks and strange noises

[00:40] * [Tess]Kovacs gets part of the blast of water, turning around and seeing Komacho, then moving away from Nameji to avoid the sparks. She is, however, smiling profusely.

[00:41] * Nameji is now smoking!
[00:42] * Sara` sees Nameji and teleports over.
[00:42] <Sara`> <Oh, cut it out. You're not a computer.>
[00:42] * Sara` smacks her forehead.
[00:44] <Kovacs> <Hey, wait, you okay?>
[00:45] * Kovacs looks concerned, adjusting her glasses to see more clearly.
[00:46] * Sara` doesn't buy it.
[00:46] * [BNS]Komacho is swimming in the water again, quite pleased with herself
[00:47] * Nameji reaches at Sara's foot and sparks her.
[00:47] <[BNS]Komacho> <That's what you get for teasing me~>
[00:47] <Nameji> bzzzztg
[00:47] * Kovacs notices the movement, smiling again.
[00:48] * Sara` jumps back, shocked.
[00:48] <Sara`> <Ow! Hey, this proves it, you know...>
[00:49] * Sara` gives Nameji a light telekinetic push. It shouldn't be enough to force her off, but /almost/...
[00:50] <Nameji> <....You're no fun.>
[00:50] <Nameji> <You could have at least pretended to be concerned.>
[00:51] * Kovacs does a pirouette just above the surface.
[00:51] <Kovacs> <You even have an example to draw from!>
[00:51] * Nameji stops sparking and stands up... Still clinging to her sheet.
[00:51] <Sara`> <Come on, just try out swimming! It shouldn't be bad...>
[00:52] * Sara` herself is all smiles. Seems she's enjoying the waves and sun.
[00:52] <Nameji> <But I'm already happy just admiring Komakoma's belly.>
[00:52] <Nameji> <I don't need to do anything special to have a good time!
[00:53] <Sara`> <Hmmmmm?>
[00:53] * Nameji shifts her left hand around under her sheet, waving them around to mean something... But they're not visible.
[00:54] * Sara` catches on.
[00:54] <Sara`> <Well, fine. You're missing out, though.>
[00:54] * Sara` disappears once more.
[00:54] * [BNS]Komacho swims over towards Kovacs and grabs her by the leg!
[00:54] <[BNS]Komacho> <Heehee...>
[00:54] * Nameji wonders what upset Sara, but disregards it and goes back to staring at Komacho.
[00:55] <Nameji> <Not like I wouldn't...>
[00:55] * Nameji manages to get worked up all by herself and puffs up her face.
[00:57] * [BNS]Komacho pulls Kovacs down into the water and starts a splashing fight with her!
[00:59] * Sara` shouts out, enjoying herself. It seems to come from... above?
[00:59] * Kovacs is taken by surprise, splashing around in response. She seems to be having fun, though.
[00:59] * Nameji puffs up more, and mutters something to herself, turning away from Komacho and Kovacs.
[00:59] * [BNS]Komacho curiously looks up...
[01:00] * Sara` hurtles down towards the surface and splashes her as she finishes the dive!

[01:01] <[BNS]Komacho> <Not fair!>
[01:01] * Nameji notices Absolution and decides to decides to float over in her direction. The floating sheet blob looks like something resembling cousin it...

[01:07] * Sara` surfaces a small distance away, quick in returning to shallow water. She laughs.
[01:07] <Sara`> <Ahaha...>
[01:09] <[Rut]Absolution> ...
[01:09] * Kovacs picks up splashing again after a few moments, having confirmed she still has her pince-nez on.
[01:09] * [Rut]Absolution isn't paying attention.
[01:13] <Nameji> <Grr...>
[01:14] <Nameji> <Don't think just because I'm in this stupid robe that you can treat me however!>
[01:14] <Nameji> <I put up with it from the others...>
[01:16] * [Rut]Absolution glances at Nameji. She looks surprised for a moment before monotonously returning her gaze to the horizon.
[01:19] * Nameji floats up high above Absolution's head and lands on her head in her usual cross-legged position, except leaning over and grabbing onto her head, looking down at her.
[01:20] <Nameji> <Pay attention to me, you!>
[01:21] * Nameji suddenly remembes that her robe might blow around if she's not careful and straightens up and grabs a hold of it again.
[01:24] <[Rut]Absolution> <Wha--> *squish*
[01:25] * [Rut]Absolution looks up just as Nameji sits on her and gets a face-full of wet cloth.
[01:28] <Nameji> <Ah- uh... Um.>
[01:29] * Nameji is flustered as to what to do next. Seems like she didn't think this far...
[01:29] <[Rut]Absolution> <M-mmrph!>
[01:30] * [Rut]Absolution stumbles backwards and falls.
[01:30] * Nameji catches herself by floating by herself before Absolution falls all the way down.
[01:34] <Nameji> <..Uh.>
[01:34] <Nameji> <Whoops.>
[01:35] * Nameji stares at the fallen Absolution, sort of in awe.
[01:36] <Nameji> <I... wasn't expecting that.>
[01:36] <Nameji> <Are you okay?>
[01:36] * Nameji float-lies down above Absolution, staring at her.
[22:28] * Sublimia has her parasol open against the heat, licking an ice pop.
[22:29] <Nameji> oO(....She hasn't moved or responded.  Did she somehow manage to faint from tripping over herself?)

[22:30] <Sublimia> <Maybe you killed her.>
[22:30] * [Rut]Absolution is glaring up from the ground.

[22:48] * [Rut]Absolution thinks.
[22:48] * Nameji lets out a sharp laugh before covering her mouth and trying to hide a smile.

[22:49] * [BNS]Komacho is still wading out in the water with Kovacs, wondering where Sara went after splashing the two of them with her dive
[22:49] * Kovacs looks around, adjusting her (tinted) glasses so they won't come off.
[22:49] <[Rut]Absolution> <... Sometimes, when humans want to be entertained, they flock to a large field inside a round wall, and observe other humans attack one another and throw an oblong spheroid. These places are often built to withstand earthquakes, and are fit as shelter for survivors.>
[22:50] <Sublimia> <...Alright? So, can you fetch?>
[22:51] <[Rut]Absolution> <Fetch? I don't know this word.>
[22:51] <[Rut]Absolution> <I do not possess a sphere, either. I am sorry.>
[22:53] * Sublimia goes to the water, takes some wet sand, packs it, and freezes it solid.
[22:53] <Nameji> <Hum~>
[22:53] <Sublimia> <Fetch~>
[22:53] <[BNS]Komacho> <Kovacs, Sara's cheating...>
[22:54] <[BNS]Komacho> <You're a ghost, can't you see her?>
[22:54] * Sublimia tosses the ball.
[22:54] * Nameji flips to face Absolution upside down... Still cross-legged.
[22:54] <Nameji> <I can teach you to fetch.>
[22:54] <Kovacs> <Wherever she's hiding, it's clever... but we can still smoke her out. We have to be careful, though, so she doesn't notice us.>

[22:55] * [Rut]Absolution watches the ball fly, then looks at Nameji.
[22:56] * Nameji has sort of a creepy smirk on her face after saying that.
[22:56] <[Rut]Absolution> <...What is fetch?>
[22:56] <Nameji> <Fetch is a game!>
[22:56] * Kovacs dips her head into the water to look, holding onto her pince-nez by the bridge.
[22:56] <Nameji> <Humans often play it with their pets or pokemon.>
[22:57] <Nameji> <The human finds some mundane inanimate object that they're capable of picking up and throwing.>
[22:57] <Nameji> <They then... Pick it up and throw it!>
[22:58] <Nameji> <The pet or pokemon then proceeds to chase after said mundane object... And then brings it back to the human that threw it.>
[22:58] <Nameji> <Or you can run around and make a big scene as you try to tear the object apart but not really do any damage to it.>
[22:59] <Nameji> <The object can be pretty much anything.  A stick, a sheet of plastic, a ball of frozen sand....>
[22:59] * [Rut]Absolution stares.
[23:00] * Nameji shifted back up into an upright position at some point during the explanation and is waving around her right pointer finger.
[23:00] <Nameji> <Additionally, humans play a variation of this game amongst themselves.>
[23:00] <Nameji> <But somehow with humans only it deserves a different name.  It's silly, but whatever.>
[23:00] <Nameji> <Their version is called either "catch" or "frisbee">
[23:00] <[Rut]Absolution> <And this... entertains the humans?>
[23:00] <Nameji> <Yes.>
[23:02] * Nameji used PSYCHIC!
[23:04] * Nameji 's eyes glow red, seemingly causing the frozen sandball to float to her.
[23:05] * Nameji then clenches the ball in a fist and throws it as far as she can down the beach!
[23:05] * Sara` lurks about, keeping only as much of her head above water as necessary.

[23:05] <Nameji> <This is where you go grab it and bring it to me.>
[23:05] <Nameji> <Be sure to run with your tounge hanging out.>
[23:05] * [Rut]Absolution stares some more.
[23:06] <[Rut]Absolution> <... Understood.>
[23:06] * [Rut]Absolution sticks her tongue out and kneels...
[23:08] * [Rut]Absolution springs forward in a flash, kicking sand up like a howitzer fired straight down! She sprints for the "ball".
[23:08] * Sublimia claps her hands together.
[23:08] <Sublimia> <Obedient, isn't she?>
[23:08] * [BNS]Komacho can't fly or swim well, and is limited in her ability to search around in the water...
[23:09] * [BNS]Komacho fusses as she gets frustrated over her inability to find Sara!
[23:09] * Kovacs pulls off her glasses for a moment to see if she can see more clearly, but gives up and surfaces; she puts her pince-nez back on.
[23:12] * Sara` continues slinking about with her submarine tactics. o O ( Ha, now if I can get close... )
[23:14] * Sublimia adjusts her parasol to deflect the wall of sand.
[23:15] * [Rut]Absolution returns with the ball.

[23:16] * Sublimia holds out her hand.

[23:20] * Sublimia fastballs it straight at Komacho
[23:22] * Kovacs looks around some more, though she seems a little distracted.

[23:23] * [Rut]Absolution senses danger! She rushes to catch the ball with the same speed she just demonstrated, grabbing it from the air just before it strikes Komacho. She lands with a soft splash.

[23:24] <Sublimia> <fufufun~>
[23:24] * [Rut]Absolution stands up to her full height and stares daggers at Sublimia.

[23:24] * [BNS]Komacho spins around, not entirely sure of what's going on, and seeing Absolution in front of her
[23:25] <Sublimia> <Hm? I wasn't. I just just playing fetch.>
[23:25] <[BNS]Komacho> <H-hey! Don't think I'll let you get away with that!>
[23:25] * [BNS]Komacho starts splashing Absolution!
[23:26] * Sublimia hides a smile with her sleeve.
[23:26] * Kovacs looks at the two, and then starts splashing both of them for the hell of it.

[23:26] * [BNS]Komacho splashes Kovacs again too!
[23:27] * [Rut]Absolution is splashed, but doesn't pay much attention to it. She wonders why Komacho is attempting to reduce the chance of her catching fire.
[23:27] * Sara` watches on, and despite her concern, does not surface. o O ( I hope she's alright... )
[23:28] * [Rut]Absolution instead turns, wades out a bit, then begins to address a patch of water in front of her.
[23:29] <[Rut]Absolution> <Sara, I was attempting to fetch, but Sublimia is not trustworthy. I need a new partner.>
[23:29] <Nameji> <Hey, hey!  What's with that?>
[23:29] <Nameji> <I'm your partner!>

[23:30] <Sublimia> <Not trustworthy? I'm hurt, Absalom.>
[23:30] * Sara` 's hiding blace bubbles.

[23:31] * [Rut]Absolution repeats herself.

[23:33] * Nameji screws up her face to show distaste.
[23:33] * Sara` surfaces, taking a look at Absolution, then Sublimia, and back again.

[23:34] <[Rut]Absolution> <You were here.>
[23:34] * [Rut]Absolution turns back to Nameji.
[23:35] <[Rut]Absolution> <... Are three people not necessary for the fetch?>

[23:35] <Nameji> <Unless you're playing one of those human variations I mentioned before...>
[23:36] * Kovacs dives into the water again, swims over to Sara and raises her hand out of the water; she pokes Sara's shoulder and then darts off.
[23:36] * [BNS]Komacho watches Kovacs flee and claims victory!
[23:36] * Sara` still seems bewildered. She glances behind her to try and find who poked her.
[23:37] * Kovacs gets back out of the water in front of Komacho, getting her glasses back on.

[23:37] * [BNS]Komacho emerges from the water as well, thoroughly drenched.
[23:37] * [BNS]Komacho points at Kovacs
[23:37] <[BNS]Komacho> <Hehe, I win!>

[23:38] * Sara` turns back to Absolution.
[23:38] <Sara`> <I guess I could play.>
[23:39] <Kovacs> <Win? I just left for a moment!>

[23:40] * Kovacs starts splashing Komacho again.

[23:49] * Sublimia freezes a sort of ice float in the water, and drifts toward the group. She uses her parasol to steer.

[23:51] <Nameji> <You're a tough old woman.  You'll survive.>
[23:52] <Sublimia> <I'm sure. Weren't you taught to be kind to your elders?>
[23:54] * Nameji takes her feet out of the water and starts to float back towards the group's beach towel.

[23:56] * [BNS]Komacho leaves Kovacs lying in the water and sneaks up onto the beach behind Nameji...
