"Peekay" has a garbage system but it goes beyond that. Please pay attention: The scrolling glitch is important because *even on a weak system* the behaviour is to *always* place the video player *under* the YouTube header region *when* scrolling has stopped! But when "Peekay" scrolled down the video player remains *above* and at *all times.* Even when not actively scrolling. *This is the important part:* that implies he was using a clone website. Everything makes sense when you realise he was using a clone website. "Up Next" videos can be controlled (no longer beyond your control). *That is how he was able to continue seeing his video despite YouTube allegedly taking it down.* That is why the view count went up when the video was removed. Think about it! His video was removed but yet the view count had gone up! That is why he was able to refresh the page despite the video being removed! There are more aspects to it than this but I can only deal with things one at a time. "Peekay" is an agent against truth. This issue is important. *This is only the beginning.*
