- notes:
- -changes were made with offense in mind, Terumi is not supposed to be strong in neutral
- -Terumi lacks reward when opening people up without meter, the adjustments still keep the lack of damage reward but increase meter gain for opening people up without meter and increase damage reward when opening up with meter
- -adjustments to the proration values of the command grab, overhead and 63214b were made to increase reward with meter to be in line with the rest of the cast
- -airdash cancel on 5c(1) gives Terumi another option to play around barrier/instant block and reset pressure
- -2d changes made to give Terumi another pressure reset option to build meter while also remaining a poor option in neutral
