  35. -adjustments to the proration values of the command grab, overhead and 63214b were made to increase reward with meter to be in line with the rest of the cast
  36. -airdash cancel on 5c(1) gives Terumi another option to play around barrier/instant block and reset pressure
  37. -2d changes made to give Terumi another pressure reset option to build meter while also remaining a poor option in neutral
