- Description: Gordon was the sole employee at the Papa John’s location he transferred to a few months prior, when two people burst in and demanded at gunpoint that he open the store’s cash register. He complied, yet Fitzpatrick shot him anyway. His manager, who Gordon was on the phone with at the time of the robbery, hung up and called police, who found Gordon on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound. He was airlifted to the hospital where he later died.
