How well do you know the source material?(obviously not relevant if it's a transformation): Quite well though I've never had the Tier S proper in DBR, It is from the fighting game known as Street Fighter and is based around the concept of a Assassination method turned into a martial arts which turns into a curse born of killing intent and Later developing into two states of mind depending on how one masters them. Choosing to embrace the Killing intent or overpowering it and choosing willpower and nothingness.

Reasoning: With everything that has been going on Kazoo has been forced to play Mediator time and time again, Keeping both the Veil and the Towns people from coming blow to blow with the wolf. All he desires is to perfect his style and to take on students of his own and yet it appears that he won't be able to. Now the state of danger has evolved to even having to kill his own kind for the sake of peace. Now though he wishes to return to perfecting his art and then officially open his Dojo.

What is the moment: List below

*Since further mastering his Ansatsuken he has managed to overcome foes such as Dyirat with his First Gate and nearly overcome Charles though just barely being beaten back. He continues on his path of self discovery. Working to further perfect the Ansatsuken.

*Things have been growing more hectic, With Dyirat seemingly suicidal in the manner he approaches his training as he does things beyond the normal scope of common sense and puts himself in absurdly dangerous situations, More importantly however is the fact that with everyone acting out of sorts about a singular book it seems as if things are getting even -more- dangerous for normal folk. Barely avoiding a confrontation in the middle of the streets with Akashi and multiple others due to the cursed necromancy book that Mercury had told him about.

* With everyone out to either kill or hurt one another, Ones ability to protect themselves seems to be even more important then before with everyone at each others throat. He watched his own group the Veil start to tear apart one another at a chance for the golden box. Even almost killing their newest member over its contents. Sadly however once someone did get a hold of it. It simply vanished leaving him unable to deliver it to Nanashi as he had hoped to do so.

*The final nail on the coffin with the wolf has been struck. Shula has left a ultimatum, The circuits of Nanashi, Injala and Five hundred shekels for the safety of the town a week. Such a demand is intolerable to any soul much less that of Kazoo and they only have a day to prepare before the battle that will take place. With all of them deciding that the wolf -had- to be put down along with his crew.

* With certain news being given to Kazoo by Rugar he was able to speak with Nanashi and organize a counter offer for the sake of peace. One which Nanashi was willing to pay and Kazoo had no problem doing considering he already sought to do so. Though the Veil nearly ruined such hopes for peace with their actions.

* Brutal and cruel a group of Namekians that had fallen off the right path struck out. Kidnapping the elder that had been visiting Hare with the intention of killing him should they not get what they wanted. What they wanted? Mana Circuits and money. The villagers of Hare chose not to give into their demands and instead fought. Fought to retrieve him. Kazoo being one of the avid combatants despite his currently sick state. Bloody blows delivered upon each side though in the end... It was a near landslide victory with the aid of the Saints and their opponents were defeated and slain... At least most of them, Kazoo being one of the killers as he struck down his fellow Namekian with a decisive and merciful blow to end his vile ambitions... All while upon his last legs.
