- Siophane is probably the overall least bright of the Niophytes - while she's not as stupidly arrogant as Nethelio or prone to underestimating her enemies as Veniofel, she has trouble thinking in terms of simple logic and as such isn't very skilled with plans at all - her normal approach to a given mission or problem is "stab at it until it's dead or worse" - and this contributed heavily to the role she was given. Still, this lack of smarts compared to her fellows is still a considerable obstacle whenever she and her followers encounter enemies who don't follow their simplistic method of dealing with confrontations, and while her raw power is almost uncontested (especially in extremely bright or extremely dark environments) among the lower Niophytes she's easily outsmarted and tricked, though she'll often become even more determined to destroy her enemy whenever she realizes she's been outsmarted - this can be a blessing or a curse depending on the circumstance and the nature of the enemy she's facing. It's because of this she has the highest death rate of all the Niophytes currently active on the Shard, though she's died so many times by now in general that Niophae has to expend considerably less power to revive her compared to her comrades - after all, a cat has nine lives. She is extremely excitable, even more than Loliofae, and is almost perpetually giggling and cackling whenever in battle, even as she takes damage, though of course this is not the case if she's in her rage state. She likes to sling petty, childish insults at her enemies and while not as skilled with it as Nethelio, does like insulting them in personal ways to try and rile them up when she can, making her a bitter enemy to face. She massively enjoys the terror of her enemies - it seems she likes others fearing her even more than she likes it when they scream in pain as she eviscerates them with her claws or rips apart their comrades with her darkness, and likewise enjoys exploiting this fear by screaming at them - this of course is a major problem for Rosalie, scaredy cat that she is, whenever they do end up facing each other in combat. Similarly, she has a distaste for especially courageous or strong willed enemies, and doesn't consider them any fun - especially if they have a high pain tolerance to go alongside their courage. She treats her servants horribly for an Antillambrae commander, and much of the reason she gave Glasses her trademark glasses is that so she doesn't accidentally kill her for fun or send her on a futile mission. Despite this, the Antillambrae instinct towards loyalty means that none of them wish to betray her and in fact see no issue with how she treats them.
