What could you do to improve our server(staff perspective) - I can be active, and I can use my experience in coding and developing to get a better custom server. I own my own network and I am doing pretty well on it. I don't really do much on it as I have hired my own dev and managers to take care of it. I just pay for it and check up on it every so often. I can help pay and fund for better plans and advertisement.

What aspect do you have better than any other staff? - I have more knowledge and skill. I can work in all aspects of a staff member from moderation to management. I can pay more than others. and I can help more.

Scenarios
(In the following scenarios, your rank is classified to be as Trial-Mod, so take every scenario in the perspective of. a Trial-Moderator)

1. You are in Teamspeak, and you decide to join a Staff Channel. In this staff channel you see an Admin and a Moderator. They start mentioning that they will end up griefing the server and abuse on it. The admin starts to abuse in game and give other players free things. How would you handle this situation? Record the conversation and tell someone higher than them about it so they can sort it out.

2. You are in Teamspeak, and there are a lot of people waiting to be moved for service and issues. Exactly when you join the support room to start helping every player, you get tagged in game that a hacker is hacking and after that, you get mentioned in Teamspeak that someone is blasting music and annoying players in a public room on our teamspeak. How would you handle all situations? First try see if any other staff are on teamspeak and poke them to say get to work with the supports and then sort the ingame issue out then the music issue then go back to support.

3. A player gets muted by another staff member. His/Her friend starts messaging you in-game telling you to unmute the player as it was an unfair mute. The friend then starts spamming you about it. How will you handle this situation? Tell them to make an appeal on the forums and then it will be sorted. and then warn them about spamming.
