Hashtag's teambuilding checklist

::Types::
-1 water type
-1 ground type
-1 steel type
-1 flying type
-at least 1 electric or fire type (needs to be able to bypass WG celesteela)
-1 fairy type (tapu)
-at least 1 resist to every type except dark and ghost

::items and optomization::
-mega evolution
-Z move (optional but rly good)
-1 assault vest (optional but rly good)
-put max HP max speed on almost every non-TR mega (this ensures you get value out of it)
-this spread is also good on many other pokemon
-Super Sitrus berries offer a very high value, but i try to avoid them unless pokemon is running a lot (more than 252 HP) of defensive investment. You want to guarantee that you can get value from your item as often as possible, and if you aren't going below 25% more than 50% of the time, this item is not worth it.

-Since Marshadow is new and a lot of people are running it, i have been running 1 way to beat it offensively (faster than 125 base speed) on most every team

::Limits::
-no more than 4 special attackers
-no more than 2 ice/ground/ghost/electric weaks
-no more than 1 passive pokemon
-no more than 2 frail pokemon
