  1. The workout is led by Marian Ramaikas, who leads most of the more recent Esquire workouts. She is joined by Joyce and Maya, each one performing the workout on a different step height.

  3. They start out with a simple warmup and stretch, and proceed into the workout which including warmup and cooldown is about 30 minutes. It's pretty basic, not much more complicated here than basic steps, turn steps, straddles, step knees, step kicks, v-steps etc.
