been 3/4 months since the last time i used this reddit.

leaving that aside and the fact this was supposed to be posted in Steam Forums but since i can't due im banned for reasons im not allowed to explain then im just leaving it in that. im banned in steam forums.

with that also being said ... be ready to discuss about this:

As you may know in 25 October 2016 The HALLOWEEN® Chapter was released, coming a long with a new mechanic called Obsession Perks.

so far so good ... perks with the ´´Unique ability of having a power effect on each trial´´, but after a quick release plenty of issues regarding Decisive Strike was and actually still in high demmand. the chaos just actually started from that very day of release.

first off with survivors reporting that the perk didnt worked when hitting the skillcheck.

secondly following by the Killer DS drop exploit that wasted the perk effect still noticeable and able to do but i'm not encouraging to do it so ...

and finally the DS perk becoming a non-obsession perk when a 4man survivor whatsoever if they SWF or not were equipping it.

now ... im not going to say bla bla im a killer main and im triggered by this, i always use enduring for dealing with this cringe cringe.

i will just say; If the Obsession Perk mechanic is SUPPOSED to follow the standard of selection when the trial starts, then for the love of the entity god ... let ONE and only ONE survivor be available to use the Obsession Perks as intended.

Where are you going with this ??? R/ Long response: Is common sense c mon now, when the trial starts the one Choosen by the entity the one that gets the claws around his/her name is the ONLY ONE being able to use Obsession perks. and i dont need to directly point out that has to be Decisive Strike !!! can be as well Object Of Obsession or Even Sole Survivor.

i know what you're going to say people of the fog ! Are you joking ? Object of Obsession ? Sole Survivor OMEGALUL !!!

Not joking at all here ... people use those and regardless of what rank are you or what are your gameplay preferences, there's players that use those =) independently speaking of unlocking achievement or just trying new meta build perks to make the gameplay actually enjoyable and suitable !!!

now a TL,DR shortened response: R/ When the match starts the one choosen by the entity its going to be the only one capable of using such obsession perk regardless if its DS, OoO or Sole Survivor.

You're missing something crucial here dude. Yes i know what =) ´´so what if the other 3 survivors picked an obsession perk aswell and they just get into a match with a wasted perk, i don't think that's fair man´´.

Well i can reply you with the following: back in 2016 game release TIME there was a hands down perk by the survivors called Small Game.

such perk back in the day had the ability of Aura reading ability. Bear Traps' Auras within a small but still advantage range of 6 meters.

what im trying to say is ... that no matter what in the start of the trial if survivors didnt get a trapper they WOULD KNEW that such perk will be useless but still a risk to equip in case they indeed were facing a trapper.

after the perk rework survivors stopped equipping it, leaving such perk in a low tier of most usable perks in the game at this very day i could guess.

so now you see my point people of the fog ???

so no matter what obsession perk ya bringing in the trial, is YOUR OWN risk to equip it, regardless if others are equipping it aswell because at the end the entity will be granting ONE SURVIVOR AND JUST ONE SURVIVOR to be eligible to use perks like DS, OoO or Sole Survivor.

I also don't find fair the fact of 3 Survivors being beneficial of an Obsession perk that is supposed to be only for the Obsession. so turning an obsession perk into a non-obsession perk that only triggers when the giggle bar reaches a % for then perform the skillcheck ... don't really find that fair to me.

with that being said i shall wait your kindly and comments about this.
