Pacific Star Network Limited is a Melbourne-based media company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Formerly known as Data and Commerce Limited until 6 August 2004, the company operates four commercial radio stations in the Melbourne market, and in December 2014 acquired Morrison Media Services, adding six magazine publications to its portfolio.

2GB is a commercial radio station in Sydney, Australia broadcasting on 873 kHz, AM. It is owned by Pacific Star Network.

The station commenced broadcasting in August 1926. The operator, Theosophical Broadcasting Station Pty Ltd, owned by interests associated with the local branch of Theosophical Society Adyar, was granted a radio broadcasting licence for the Sydney area. In 1957, 2GB became the first Australian station to air news bulletins on the hour, every hour during its broadcast day.

2CH is a commercial radio station in Sydney, Australia broadcasting on 1170 kHz, AM. It is owned by Pacific Star Network.

2CH commenced broadcasting on 15 February 1932 on 1210 kHz. It moved to its current frequency of 1170 kHz in 1935. The NSW Council of Churches was its licence holder until it was sold to John Singleton in April 1994 becoming part of the Macquarie Radio Network. The CH stands for "churches". In 1994, the NSW Council of Churches sub let the licence to Amalgamated Wireless (Australasia) who provided program content for six days per week, with the Council of Churches being responsible for programming on Sundays.

3AK is an Australian radio station in Victoria. Owned and operated by Pacific Star Network, it broadcasts a talkback from Lower Plenty to Greater Melbourne. First broadcast on 29 November 1931, the station currently broadcasts from studios in South Melbourne alongside sister station 3MP.

3AK commenced broadcasting on 29 November 1931, the fourth commercial radio station in Melbourne after 3UZ, 3DB and 3KZ. The station's call-sign came from the name of its operating company, the Akron Broadcasting Co. Pty Ltd (a subsidiary of the Akron Tyre Co, a company that was wound up in 2016). The owner of the Akron Tyre Co and of 3AK was George F. Palmer, the father of Clive Palmer.

3MP is an Australian radio station in Victoria. Owned and operated by Pacific Star Network, it broadcasts a sports radio format from Lower Plenty to Greater Melbourne. First broadcast on 21 July 1976, the station currently broadcasts from studios in South Melbourne alongside sister station 3AK.

3MP began transmission 21 July 1976, as Melbourne's seventh commercial radio station and the city's first new commercial station in over 40 years. The original licensees included a consortium of businessmen and media identities.

On 19 January 2004, 3MP became a 24-hour sports radio station. 3MP has exclusive and non-exclusive rights to various sports in Australia such as Australian Football League, Big Bash League, State of Origin and Australian Open.

3MP Track is an Australian radio network operated by Crocmedia, a division of Pacific Star Network. The network launched on 28 March 2020 and broadcasts live coverage of horse, thoroughbred and greyhound racing across six markets. It is a sister network to the Melbourne-based 3MP.

Networked programming is produced mostly from Crocmedia's studios in South Melbourne. In Melbourne and Perth, the station simulcasts the final hour of Garry & Tim and the first two hours of Whateley from 1116 SEN.

In New South Wales and Queensland, two local programs — Breakfast with Joel and Jimmy and Sportsday Central — are produced from studios in North Sydney. Play-by-play coverage of Friday night National Rugby League matches also air in these markets under the NRL Nation brand, while coverage of Central Coast Mariners A-League matches are broadcast in Gosford.

3MP SA is a narrowcast radio station broadcasting to Adelaide, South Australia. The station launched on 1629 AM on 1 February 2005.

3MP SA features local presenters Kane Cornes, Andrew Hayes, Kym Dillon and Michelangelo Rucci. Other programs, including Gerard Whateley's morning show and live sports coverage, are syndicated live from the Melbourne station.
