I'm tired of this whiny canard that all those Midwesterners who voted for Trump must be racists and morons. They were fine folk when they voted for Obama and considered so reliable they would vote for Hillary.

The thing is NAFTA Bill put millions out of work with trade deals, then TPP Obama promised to do more of the same. They didn't vote Dem precisely because they Weren't stupid and knew they'd been snookered.

So figuring the Dems would snooker them again they burned down the house.

That doesn't mean they're getting a better deal since the GOP hates working people and poor people. It just means they were certain the Dems were going to screw them with the TPP, so they picked the wild card.
