BubbleBility

An OM idea where Pokemon have a secondary ability (doesn't replace the current ability like how Metagamiate did it), except with the idea of Water Bubble. The Pokemon's primary type is what gets 2x power (e.g. Magearna would have 2x Steel power because its primary type is steel).

I don't know what the effect replacing "it can't be burned" for Water Bubble

The final effect will be Hidden Power type determined on what type it takes half the damage of. (If a Pokemon had Hidden Power Fire IVs, that means that this Pokemon takes half damage from Fire type attacks)
