   I R R I T A B L E.
  ▸Hyewon gets annoyed very easily, and at the littlest things, whether it’s if one of her friends making a littlest of sounds, or placing an object in the incorrect spot. She’s like a cranky, nagging, grandpa that’s always at your back. Hyewon gets snappy when she’s irritated but she doesn’t expect her “victims” to feel hurt after her nagging.

   P R I D E F U L.
   ▸Hyewon likes to win when she can, and, depending on how important it is, will go to such lengths to win, even if it makes her sound absolutely ridiculous. She likes to feel confidence in herself after winning, and with her level of confidence, she usually does. Hyewon is competitive and proud like a lion.

   C O L D.
   ▸Hyewon is usually cold to everyone around her and acts haughty. She treats her friends like they’re nuisances, but that’s her way of showing love to them.

   H A U G H T Y.
   ▸Hyewon has a lot of confidence and acts like she knows a lot of things most of the time. I mean, that’s probably because she does. She had a smart-aleck personality that pisses off others sometimes (especially when she pulls out her sophisticated language).

   C A R I N G.
   ▸Hyewon is the type that low-key loves everyone and will do anything for them, even though she acts like they’re all nuisances and like she hates them all the time. She will take things very seriously when a friend needs someone, and it’ll always be her that comes running first. Hyewon may act cold most of the time, but she’s a warm and relatively kind-hearted person inside.

   ▸Hyewon is lowkey a little child, and its a side of her that will only show in certain situations. She’s the type that will probably mock you and stick her tongue out at you and pout like a child if she doesn’t win something she feels the need to. Her pride is so big even a little kid fits inside of it.

   B I T C H Y.
   ▸By now you probably get the message that Hyemin is a bitch. She’s arrogant, haughty, and especially lazy at times. She doesn’t feel the need to go out of her way to help others with small deeds. In fact, if it’s not important at all she’ll completely ignore it. But with big deeds, Hyewon is a trustworthy person that will handle the situation cleverly.

   T R U S T W O R T H Y.
   ▸Hyewon may not be trustworthy when it comes to asking her to do chores for you, or fetching you something, but she’s very trustworthy and dependable when it comes to big deeds, like surviving. Hyewon will go to very far lengths to help someone that really needs the help. She’s someone you can always look to, if you’re in a difficult situation.

| BACKGROUND.
   B I R T H.
   ▸Hyewon was born in Zürich, Switzerland on April 1st, 1999. She was suddenly born while her parents were on vacation in Switzerland, and was immediately transferred to a foster family after birth, as her biological parents were too young to raise a child, as they thought. Hyewon grew up with her newly adopted family, which were all europeans. With all the French people around her, it was natural that she would learn French herself. Her family treated Hyewon very well, ignoring discriminations of any kind and raising her in a healthy environment. Hyewon doesn’t know her biological parents, but would rather keep it that way because she wouldn’t trade the parents who raised her, for anybody else.

   C H I L D H O O D.
   ▸Regardless of her family treating her very well, Hyewon faced many discriminations as a Korean-European. She was curious of her own origins, and wanted to travel to Korea to find out. At the age of 14 years old, Hyewon moved to Korea on her own. There, she felt more comfortable and like she blended in easier. But regardless of her new comfort, she was home-sick and missed her parents very much. It took many years for Hyewon to overcome her homesickness, and eventually started focusing on her own path.

   ▸Her younger brother and her are extremely close. He’s the family member she misses the most, and she calls him a spoiled brat, even though she’s the one who always spoils him.
   ▸Hyewon wants to travel the world and discover different cultures from other countries. She wants to travel to the U.S the most.
   ▸Hyewon has always wanted a cat but never got one. She thinks her personality matches those of a cat’s, and thinks they would probably be best friends.
   ▸Hyewon doesn’t care about her biological parents, because the ones who raised her are all that she need. But she does get curious of who they are once in a while.
   ▸Hyewon became interested in studying law, because it seemed like a stable job that she had the ability and motivation to do.
   ▸Hyewon is really good at swimming, and likes being in the water. She especially likes the ocean, because it is big and contains many mysterious things in it.
   ▸Hyewon liked Switzerland a lot because of the mountains. The scenery was breathtaking and whenever she looked at it she felt as if she could stare forever.
   ▸Hyewon doesn’t believe in supernatural things, and thinks they’re ridiculous.
   ▸Hyewon has never dated anyone and wanted to keep it that way.

| HER FIRST IMPRESSION ON HIM.
   ▸Hyewon thought he was self-centered and over-sensitive to her jokes / bullying (even though that’s her way of showing love). She was curious of how he was the son of a god, and continued bullying him and saying that “he must have some superiority complex”, because she just couldn’t believe any of the nonsense that was coming out of his mouth.

| HIS FIRST IMPRESSION ON HER.
   ▸He thought she was extremely rude, and her snarky and snappy comments hurt his pride. He also couldn’t understand how and why it was so difficult for her to understand the situation they were in, and eventually became really impatient and annoyed with her. Regardless, he followed her around because he knew he had to save them.

| TIMELINE.
   S T A R T.
   ▸The two were always at each other’s backs, constantly pointing out each other’s mistakes and blaming each other for accidents that happened. They couldn’t depend on each other and just wanted this all to end. Regardless, they knew deep down that they really needed to trust the other in order to survive.

   M I D D L E.
   ▸After a large incident, the two realized that they really, really, do need to trust and depend on each other. The two of them let go of their pride, and he finally started showing his caring and soft-side to her. She, also, started to realize he isn’t as self-centered as he seems, and is mature and humble. Hyewon uses this to make a goal to better herself for her and him both. She knew that she couldn’t be the only one dragging the two down.

   C U R R E N T.
   ▸He started to develop feelings for her, and started to think that maybe being stuck together wasn’t as bad. He found the love he was looking for, but wondered if they would be able to see each other once again after it’s all over and after they escape. Hyewon too, realizes this, but doesn’t let her feelings get in the way of her escaping. She believes that they’ll see each other in the end, somehow, if the gods are listening.

| REQUESTED SCENES WITH HIM.

   ▸Hyewon almost gets killed in the maze, due to her love interest and hers argument. She storms off alone, only to find trouble. But just in time, he comes running and saves her. This causes the two to realize that they have to stick together and depend on each other to survive.
   ▸Hyewon’s love interest goes missing, and Hyewon panics, feeling scared and desperate to find him. After he is found, she realizes how worried she had felt in that time, and he teases her for becoming so worried.
   ▸Hyewon’s love interest worries about how he might never see her again if they escape the maze, and does reckless things to prevent them from escaping. This angers Hyewon a lot, because she doesn’t fully understand his reason for doing so. When he finally kisses her, she realized what his reason was for trying to stop them. But, she knew that they had to leave, even if it means they have to be seperated.

| REQUESTED SCENES.

   ▸Hyewon gets in an argument with her friends after an incident, over how she says that she can’t depend or trust anyone in the group.
   ▸But later, Hyewon gets saved by someone in the group and realizes that she was wrong, and that they do have her back.
   ▸Hyewon gets angry seeing her friend being treated wrongly by somebody else.

| EXTRAS.

| HOW DID SHE END UP IN THE MAZE.
   ▸Hyewon arrives with Pertichor and Serendipity, whom which the gods think can change Hyewon because they’re opposites. Hyewon is in the maze because she ignored her curiousness and the wanting feeling to see her real parents. She never understood why they had never raised her deep down, and hated them for it. Although she says that it doesn’t bother her, she really can’t let go of not knowing it, the guilt and regret eating her up inside.
   ▸The gods realized this, and realized she needs to face her wants and curiosity (although she may not feel or want to), in order to let it go. And, that she needs to learn to depend and trust others, instead of being the one who is trusted and depended on. Hyewon’s trust issues and her attitude towards things she feels as if are “unneeded” are the things the gods wanted to improve and fix in her, to make her realize she needed to do work to discover things that will make her feel more at ease.
   ▸Aphrodite was angered by Hyewon as well, because she couldn’t and wouldn’t believe. Hyewon never had hope, or never believed in miracles. She wanted Hyewon to know that there are such things as gods, and gods can help others too. Hyewon often says things like “who am i kidding? there is no god to help me.” This hurts Aphrodite’s pride, and she decided to prove her wrong. Aphrodite also realized Hyewon needed love. She needed to learn how to love, whether if it’s her friends or somebody else.
