  32. because u have too much rare, so u can't rank them haha, but u can feed some units to ur rare, like axe master or bishop, u don't need them

  36. Rares seem to be bad too, since can't 5 star them easily. However they can rank up to 3rd job. But that costs 5k points.

  172. Ah "Mana surcoat" is a rare drop from Chapter 3 Suspicious Altar. Maybe 1 in 20 fights to get 1? The daily quest allows you to "sell" one in exchange for 500 points. Hard to complete :(
