Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you regarding the letter I received on the 18th of November, 2017: Notice of Eviction for 40 Beachlands, Carnlough, BT44 0HN.
You requested that I write to you if I intended to occupy the above property as my home. I have been living in this property since the start of my tenancy back in March of this year and intend to do so.
If you require an officer to call out and verify this, please let me know in advance and I will allow them access to my home. I suffer from sever PTSD and take panic attacks. One of my triggers is unexpected guests especially when the bang my door like a police search squad. I would respectfully request that you inform me before calling out as in the past this has caused me to have a sever panic attack and has now resulted in me being unable to leave my home or answer my door.
If you require information to back up my request please feel free to contact my GP at any time.
