So, here I come again, to give my suggestions. However, this is probably the last time I do that. It will be a long reading pointing out everything I always wanted to point since I started but was reluctant to do so, so it's a big mix of everything in the game.
It has been 11 months. I remember when I met DC because I had to do some content to get some goodies in DOAXVV and I instantly fell in love with the game. Then I jumped to Global and here I am since December.

I worked hard every time to get those 5* summon tickets from Slayers Rank or WB rank whenever they popped up. It was fun expecting an Eve, Thanatos or Siren from the tickets. But now, 5* summon tickets are Big Aurora Heart tickets. Now what I need is only 2 copies of Mafdet, 2 copies  of Daoine, 4 of Midas and boom, all premium childs at +6 (I'm not mentioning Hera, Red Cross because you know they are terrible, nobody ever uses them, but yeah, I got more than 6 copies of each of them across 10 months).
As a guy named Atreides has pointed on moot we have more non-premium childs than premium childs by now, it's like 45 non-premium vs. 35 premium. Still no sight of Hall of Reincarnation, no changes to the pool or banners. I look at JP and seeing the only added childs in two years were Moa and Krampus I realize our banners will never change.
Like I mentioned in previous inquiries, this is GLOBAL, not Korean, Japanese or Chinese.
I mean no offense but if you easterners like to throw your money down the drain for animated gifs (like I saw in a video of a Korean girl spending over U$ 1,000,000 on pulls to get three or four random animated gifs) that's cool and acceptable, it's your cultural preference, but again, we westerners don't like to do that. It's not because I live in a 3rd world country, but I do have some european and north american friends on moot, they rarely buy something because everything is EXPENSIVE. Damn, 120 euros for two copies of a character?
I regret so much spending like 60 euros for a single copy of Calypso, she could barely deal 70% of the damage my Danu was dealing. In order for her to deal more damage what do I need? More copies...how to get them? On banners with dozens of premium childs I'm tired of seeing the faces, or, spending like 400 euros in order to max her, not to mention that's mainly done via a scambox nicknamed luckybox. I really pray for the day gacha will be BANNED from our world. But this isn't a hate inquiry, in fact, like mentioned countless times, I LOVE Destiny Child, but mainly because of Esti's songs and Kim Hyung Tae's arts, their work is what has held me tight to this game until now.
I've always been hesitating in doing this inquiry because I always thought you could surprise us, like you did countless times, but it seems HoR is far far away from us and knowing the pattern of global we will get it with flower of the underworld hidden behind paid mission passes and devil passes, or even the KR blood gems, but there they have many ways to get blood gems, here we don't. Still it seems you love blood gems as the blood gem banner is the only consistent way to get copies of characters like Jacheongbi and Morgan.

When the Kemono Friends 0.75% thing came everyone got mad. After countless rant topics and inquiries you decided to give us 1% banners. Everyone was so happy that you heard us, but now, 5 months later I realize what was done. You give us a featured child at 1% chance for FOUR DAYS ONLY and then put it in a banner with another child we already have, generally a premium child or a child that was released months ago like it happened with Werewolf + Frej, Jacheongbi + Bikini Lisa, Davi + Calypso and now Bathory + Krampus...the 0.75% is still here, just hidden by a pity 1% banner for four days where people go crazy spending even real money in order to get them at 1%.

Now the big problem is you releasing dozens of content non-stop one after another and we can't follow the pace. It's WB for 14 days, then one week later collab, then two weeks or even during the collab we get Ragna, Ragna is over and we get WB in 5 days. I mean, what the hell? Crystals don't grow on trees just like my money. I barely recovered from WB trying to get Davi and Mona copies and you give us Bathory, cool, ok, she's a beast, ok...then DURING Bathory Narrative Dungeon you throw a Ragna at our faces with two more childs, two new soul cartas, an Evolution Road Event...damn, how am I supposed to have stamina for Narrative Dungeon, leveling various childs and spawning Ragna bosses...oh, maybe I need that exp childs package, maybe I need to buy crystals with real money in order to buy stamina...is that the plan?
I've been contributing with my humble suggestions to Destiny Child for 10 months, but this inquiry is a criticism, a cry for help from a veteran player who loves the game but for the first time in 10 months, 40+ weeks, dropped from Plat V to Plat I because he can barely stays logged in due to many things happening in the game.

About Narrative Dungeon, why would you put 175 onyx and 2,250 gold as rewards?
What am I supposed to do with 175 onyx when I need 20,000+ to level a SINGLE level of a slide skill? Please tell me.
They are like a nightmare and they drop significantly like a 4* child at a higher rate doesn't drop from multis. Speaking of which, the rates for multi summon tickets are clearly NOT the same as the banners...over 10 months I've used more than 50 multi summon tickets, and I got what? Three 5* childs in 10 months from all those tickets...gold summon gave me more 5* childs than those tickets. The narrative dungeon board is totally rigged in a way you get the main reward as the last reward like 90% of the time. You spend more than 700 stamina for a single board and that is counting the 16k daily narrative coins. And that's if we have the boost childs. Seven days into the narrative dungeon and I'm still on the 6th board and I have one copy of Bathory and two copies of Krampus (93% increase), I feel bad for those who don't have Bathory. And you offer 100 stamina per day...like, WHAT?

After this Ragna you are probably giving us Catherine collab, just after a meta child like Bathory where people are still spending crystals trying to get her (mine will be +1 after I get her from narrative dungeon) and after people spend crystals on Ragna tickets, Frej and Neamhain banners or slayers tickets  you throw a collab upon us, meaning what? 0 crystals = real money to buy devil pass, mission pass or crystals. Is this really a game or a money business only? I hope these collab childs are bad because if they are strong like Nine that's probably, like we say here in Brazil, the last drop for me.
I just can't follow this frustrating pace. I can get around 50k crystals in a month if I save them, just to throw everything in a Counter Ragna child, Narrative Dungeon child, get one or two copies (what makes them BARELY usable) and 10 days later another child arrives...18,000 crystals is worth 6,6 multi pulls, and you probably get 1 or even 0 copies of the new childs with that...it costs around U$ 80,00...I really don't understand the pricing. Or the infamous luckyboxes with their 80-90% chance of getting what you are NOT paying for, a 5* ticket containing a child I already have at +6...just, I really can't understand.
In another game I play sometimes, from a very famous franchise that is around for 30 years, you buy a package of premium currency that costs around U$ 60,00 and you get enough for 4 multi pulls only, but you get VIP status for a whole month and that gives you extra exp, extra drops and unlocked extra slot features in the game like the child slots and equipment slot here in DC. You also get 2 tickets with a 100% chance of getting what is equivalent to a 5* child in DC, and it's guaranteed you won't get a copy of what you have, the ones you have are removed from the pool for those tickets...this is a great deal, and it's not a western company, it's from Japan.
Aside from Vasmachina, Orca, Artemis, Liangchou and 3 other guys who are always on top 10 who else spends U$ 1,000,00 a month in this game? I don't know your wallets but it seems the Chinese players are the ones to give you the most money. I mean, who spends 1,000 bucks every month in a game? Maybe an Arab Sheikh or a heir to the Chinese dynasties or some children of the old Japanese daimyos, but I'm not that sort of person. Even if I had the money loving Destiny Child the way I love I'd never throw 1,000 bucks for some gifs, it's stupid. I could throw 200, ok, but 1,000? No way. Your pricing is too high in a way that even Europeans from 1st world countries are reluctant to spend. There's Andivannir and Lycadelish from moot, they are from Germany and England respectively, they do buy some mission passes, but it's not like 1 every two weeks and they never buy the luckyboxes, because your shop is too expensive and full of bad deals.

"Stop complaining, they give you a free Bathory", they say...I've suggested in a previous inquiry how bad debuffers look because WB and Ragna bosses keep resisting their debuffs, and that's when they are at +6 and full of +15 agl gear and 1,400+ agl soul carta...My Jupiter could barely land his bleed on Sunbeach Mona, My Freesia had a hard time sticking her -def debuff, I'm not even going to mention my poor +2 Midas. Well, I propose you DC workers, just TRY to throw a +0 Bathory against Rita, or on the next WBs...her debuffs WON'T stick, and yeah, I know about her tap, it sticked ONCE in two 5-minutes fights, and yeah she's 6* using all agl gear I have, she has over 5,000 agl. A +0 Bathory can be a thing in PVP, but for PVE? She will be useless..I'm not even mentioning my +6 Freesia with 5,600 agl was able to stick her debuff only THREE times in a five minutes fight against Rita. Damn, what's the point? Sorry but this is bad design.
I suggested the debuffers problem as well as the absurd requirements for moot events on my previous inquiry, still, what we get? Do over 4M damage event again.....You can see I already did 4M damage on Ragna Rank, but I DON'T NEED another premium child, damn =[
That ticket will be better in the hands of beginners who lack premium childs, still, 4M is too much, do it 3M, 3.5M.

Then come the Platinum Chests giving 2,500 Ragna Coins, or even worse, 4* equipments...Like, who the hell on earth uses a 4* equipment? They are USELESS...also, getting 2,500 Ragna Coins is INSULTING. I can understand 10,000 Ragna Coins, it's a decent value even if you buy the plat chest from the shop, whose price is absurdly unbalanced for the rewards you can get (the fricking 4* equipment and 2,500 coins). Do you realize veteran players might use even 5* equipments as fodders? I have more than 20 weapons, accessories and armors at +15, I rarely keep a 5*A equipment, what do you think I could do with a 4* equipment?

It seems you might be aiming to atract new players and I understand that, all those free equipments, free 5* summon tickets...but what about the old players? What do we get? The game isn't rewarding anymore.

Before Ragna Season 4 I was feeling really bad about Destiny Child, but the bad feeling got healed when Isolde arrived. Well, it happened again, but for the first time it didn't heal. For the first time in 10 months my favorite game mode is live and I'm not giving it a damn, I'm doing everything on auto, but the thing is I'm playing Destiny Child without the passion I used to play. I do it like an obligation or routine, generally anxiously wanting to finish all the dailies so I can logoff, something that never happened before as I always tried to do something else like Davi's missions or level 2* childs manually for fun or do friendly battles for fun. One big problem is the stamina management, it's bad, I mean, really bad, our source of stamina is very limited unless, again, we spend money on Devil Passes.

My real passion for Esti songs and Kim Hyung Tae art held me until now, but even them won't be able to keep me around if nothing is changed. So here I am, for the last time asking, PLEASE DO SOMETHING for our game to improve, we need Hall of Reincarnation, we need the premium banner expanded, or a new permanent banner with new childs, I'm sick of seeing Hermes, Lan Fei and even Eve and Chang'e from 5* tickets. The problem is gold summon? Let gold summon with the 35 old premium childs and make a new banner featuring new childs for crystals only, I'd be happy with that. Please change this AI where Pantheon/Maat tap and Siren/Thanatos slide. Please lower the absurd price of the things on the shop. Please give us better onyx availability (that's my Ragna sentence since Ragna 1).
The game has so much potential, the art is gourgeous, the music is extremely good, but it's being developed in a bad way from my point of view.

Please, don't tell me to check the rates of platinum chests, banners and such, I know them very well like the multiplication table. I know you will pass it to the team and look into it and I also know I won't be warned by any changes made, let's just cut this part. I just want to see good changes, that's all.

Finally, sorry if I look salty, I didn't mean to offend anyone, I really appreciate your work, but I'm feeling really sad and bad when playing Destiny Child, it's not fun anymore, it's not cool anymore, it's not rewarding anymore.  Just to give you an example of how I love Destiny Child, the game I'm playing is Final Fantasy Mobius...I'm a fan of Final Fantasy since the 1990 when I was a child...still I'm here doing Destiny Child dailies while Final Fantasy is closed waiting for me to finish everything in Destiny Child....So again, this is a cry for help. Don't let our beloved game fall into the abyss =[
