Solved!™ provides instant solutions to your math problems. To begin, select a subject from the subject tabs displayed at the top of the main window. If a subject has step-by-step access, it will appear in color. Subjects without step-by-step access (answers-only) will appear in black-and-white. To add step-by-step access to any subject, the Step-By-Step Product Key must be entered for that subject.

After a subject has been selected, you can enter in your problem, or select an example problem. Problems should be entered using mathematical format (most word problems are currently not supported). The Geometry section will allow for drawing input as well. The solution to the problem will appear in the Solution window. If a graph is available for the solution, it will appear to the right of the Solution window (this setting can be configured in the Problem Options). Clicking on the created graph will provide additional graph options and features.




The toolbar provides options that will allow you to load saved problems, save your current problems, print/print preview the current problem, and undo/redo. The Tools (gear) and Help (question mark) icons provide additional options (see below).


Your current Problem History is displayed in a dropdown list on the right-hand side of the toolbar. This list will allow you to jump to any problem in your current Problem History. You can edit the name of a problem using the Pencil icon, or erase a problem using the Eraser icon.

Select this option to open the Step-By-Step Product Key window.

Glossary
Select this option to display the Solved!™ math glossary. All glossary terms used in step-by-step explanations are contained in the glossary.

Calculator
Select this option to launch the system calculator.
