   The Post-Academy Examination (PAE) will assess all the knowledge you have gained so far. The examination will contain a variety of questions, designed to test your receptiveness to multiple areas.

The Post-Academy Examination is made up of three sections. Each section is designed to test you in a specific way. You must be sure to read the instructions for each section prior to completing the section. You may miss vital information that will be detrimental to your grade.

    [list=none][u]Section 1 — Multiple Choice[/u]
    [list=none]This section is made up of questions focused around general Los Santos Police Department procedures. This section consists of five questions in total. For each of these questions, you will be given five possible answers but only one of these is correct.

Remove all answers you believe to be incorrect. Leave only the one answer you believe to be correct. Leaving more than one answer for a question will result in no marks being awarded for that question.  For example, I am given options A, B, C, D and E. If I believe the answer to the question is option A, I will remove options B, C, D and E from the examination.[/list]

Upon approaching, the man sets off the car alarm as he notices you. He then drops something which makes a metal clunk sound as he gets scared and immediately runs away. Your partner gives chase, yelling at the suspect to stop running. He immediately complies and stops running. He tells you that he got scared and that he locked himself out of his car, accidently leaving his keys on the dashboard. Your partner then successfully informs him he is detained while you walk make your way to the car he was standing next to. You take a look at the dashboard from the outside of the vehicle and don't notice any keys on the dashboard or anywhere else that you can see. You also see a crowbar on the ground next to the driver door as well as a big dent by the door's lock as if it was trying to be pryed open. There are no other notable objects around.

As you're examining the dent, an asian male comes running over asking what happened to his car. You then ask him to identify himself and upon checking out his license he unlocks the car showing you his registration, you confirm that the car belongs to him. Upon telling the man to wait you call your partner over and have him bring over the detained male. Once the male looks down at the crowbar with you and the asian male standing by it, he quickly shouts once again that he thought it was his car and that he was trying to get in it.

What would you do now? How would you question the black male and what would you say, if you were going to question them? Would you have Probable Cause or Reasonable Suspicion to question them, if you were going to question them?
