170.
171. You turn on the cruiser's lights and sirens, drive after him, and order him to pull over via your cruiser's megaphone. The driver of the Washington is aware of your presence and they pull over just south of the Mirror Park Mall allowing you to initiate a traffic stop. What will you do next? Also, do you have probable cause or reasonable suspicion to detain them? Ensure that you go into detail about what you will say and do in the situation as it plays out and how it will end, including any and all radio transmissions you makes (if you make any).

Note: If you're unable to meet the word requirement initially you may state what you'd do if the situation ended differently or plays out differently from a certain point in order to meet the word requirement however you must answer the question fully and clearly state as much as you can for the inital situation given it'd be a regular stop, you should be able to meet the word requirment normally. Do not be short with your answer on the initial situation as this question is graded strictly on key points that you mention for the inital situation given the information provided above. (Minimum 150 words) [0/10]

176.
177. QUESTION SIXTEEN:

181.
182. [ANSWER HERE]
183.
184. QUESTION SEVENTEEN:
185.
You're currently patrolling under the callsign 2-ADAM-1 when you get the following 911 call:
186. |____________Emergency Call____________|
187. Caller: Marcus Ferreira, Phone: 1474764
188. Services required: Police
189. Location: Mirror Park Mall
190. Situation: There is a suspicious black guy messing around with a car door. Some people say he's a recurring car thief.
191.
192. You respond to the call and upon arriving you get out of the vehicle and see a black male standing next to a car fidgeting with one of the driver door of an elegy at the Parking Lot as if he was trying to get into the vehicle. Upon approaching, the man sets off the car alarm as he notices you. He then drops something which makes a metal clunk sound as he gets scared and immediately runs away. Your partner gives chase, yelling at the suspect to stop running. He immediately complies and stops running. He tells you that he got scared and that he locked himself out of his car, accidently leaving his keys on the dashboard. Your partner then successfully informs him he is detained while you walk make your way to the car he was standing next to. You take a look at the dashboard from the outside of the vehicle and don't notice any keys on the dashboard or anywhere else that you can see. You also see a crowbar on the ground next to the driver door as well as a big dent by the door's lock as if it was trying to be pryed open. There are no other notable objects around.
193.
194. As you're examining the dent, an asian male comes running over asking what happened to his car. You then ask him to identify himself and upon checking out his license he unlocks the car showing you his registration, you confirm that the car belongs to him. Upon telling the man to wait you call your partner over and have him bring over the detained male. Once the male looks down at the crowbar with you and the asian male standing by it, he quickly shouts once again that he thought it was his car and that he was trying to get in it.
195.
196. What would you do now? How would you question the black male and what would you say, if you were going to question them? Would you have Probable Cause or Reasonable Suspicion to question them, if you were going to question them? What charges would you arrest him for, if you're planning to make an arrest and how do you justify the charges? Make sure to explain your reasoning and answer the questions above.
197.
198. Note: You may make up what the suspect says if you choose to question him so long as it's reasonable given the information provided above. Additionally, there is no CCTV coverage of what happened prior to your arrival. It's advised that you use the San Andreas Penal Code to your advantage here. (Minimum 250 words) [0/15]
