King of Knights: EX
A skill that represents Arturia's position as the King of Knights, if her opponent should be a Knight and is sane, they must succeed on a will check, or they will immediately surrender to her. Even on a successful will check, they will suffer rank downs to all of their parameters. The same applies for Knights of the Round table, but the will check is far harder to succeed, and even a success will result in all parameters being ranked down by a whole two ranks.
If her opponent is a King themselves, then on a successful will check, their parameters are not ranked down.
Also functions as Charisma at Rank B, allowing Arturia to easily lead a country or an army with great effect.

Protection of the Ends of the World: A
Arturia possesses the Holy Lance that exists as an anchor to the planet and is receiving divine protection from the Farthest Ends itself. Other than Mana and Luck, all parameters temporarily rank up during battle, even when Rhongomyniad isn't being wielded as a weapon, this protection still applies.

Instinct: A
At this rank, this skill is essentially in the realm of predicting the future. Through this ability, it is possible for Saber to negate the penalties inflicted by visual and auditory interference to a certain extent

Mana Burst: A
The ability to use magical energy to massively increase physical attributes or speed. Saber's ability to control the magical energy of her body is mostly used for the purpose of mobility and defensive power.

Founder of the Round Table: EX
A skill that represents Arturia as the Creator of the Order of the Knights of the Round Table. While the order didn't have an official head in order to create a platform of equality, Arturia, as the King of Britain, was of course still the de facto leader despite this. This skill allows for Arturia to copy and wield any skill belonging to anybody that has served as one of the knights of the Round Table. Even Personal Skills that are unique to those knights can be borrowed.
The only restrictions on this skill is that Arturia can only copy a single skill at once and that this skill does not allow for the copying of skills gained through a concept application.


Noble Phantasm:

Invisible Air - Barrier of the Wind King: C-rank Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm
A sheath of wind that covers Exalibur to conceal the identity of the sword, and thus the identity of the wielder. A bounded field closer in form to magecraft than it is to a true Noble Phantasm. Multiple layers of wind are compressed around the blade into super high-pressure air that distorts the refraction of light and renders whatever is inside the bounded field invisible. In addition, attacking power is increased thanks to the whirling cutting winds around the blade.
This Noble Phantasm can also be used as a projectile weapon by releasing the wind towards a target.

Sword of Promised Victory - Excalibur: A++ Rank Anti-Fortress Noble Phantasm
The most famous Noble Phantasm of King Arthur, Excalibur. A Divine-Construct of the highest class and a sword of amplification. By invoking the True Name of Excalibur, Arturia can unleash an attack on the level of a Divine-Spirit, in most cases, completely wiping away anything that stands in her path.
In addition, this attack can be further empowered if all of the restraints of the Round Table are released, and it becomes capable of an EX-rank Anti-World Attack, drawing upon the power of Gaia in order to defeat an enemy.

Avalon - The Everdistant Utopia: EX Rank Barrier Noble Phantasm
The sheath of Excalibur, and the Noble Phantasm that Arturia values the most of all. This Noble Phantasm provides a potent regeneration to Saber, and by simply drawing upon her own magical energy, clearly fatal wounds can be healed nearly instantly. Upon invoking the true name of Avalon however, a perfect defense is achieved, as Saber is shielded with an entire world separate from this one. It is the Bounded Field of the tranquil domain of fairies that keeps out all filth from the outside world, and allows nothing to harm the tranquil King that stands in the land of Avalon. The individual is shielded from all destructive interference in the physical realm, transliners from parallel worlds, and multidimensional communication as far as the sixth dimension. It is on the level of true magic, an actual true magic in itself, that transcends all magecraft, and not even the Five Magics can overcome the barrier. There are however, certain beings with the capacity to reach even through this ultimate defense...

King's Treasury - Arsenal of Camelot: E~EX Rank Noble Phantasms
A Noble Phantasm gained through the application of the concept of Arthuriana. Thanks to this Noble Phantasm, Arturia not only has the ability to summon every single mount and treasure that was ever possessed by Camelot or a member of Britain under her rule, but she can also exert a certain degree of authority over them. Allowing for the negation of any Noble Phantasm that is in her vault, as well as the removal of said treasure from another wielder, even if Arturia herself never actually owned that particular treasure in life.
