- Unlawful Assembly
- (a) When two or more individuals gather with the intent to commit an illegal act or engage in a lawful act with violence or disorder, they are guilty of a misdemeanor, and the punishment may be a sentence of 40 minutes.

- Brandishing a Firearm
- A person who, without acting in self-defense, displays a firearm in an angry or threatening manner is guilty of a misdemeanor, and the sentence may be 40 minutes.
- Brandishing a Deadly Weapon
- A person who, without acting in self-defense, displays a deadly weapon other than a firearm in an angry or threatening manner is guilty of a misdemeanor, and the sentence may be 40 minutes.
- Disturbing the Peace
- (a) Engaging in unlawful fighting in a public place or challenging another individual to fight in public view, regardless of their consent, is a misdemeanor, and the punishment may be a sentence of 45 minutes.
- (b) Disturbing another person through loud and unreasonable noise is subject to an infraction with a fine of $120.
- (c) Using offensive words in a public place that are inherently likely to provoke an immediate violent reaction is subject to an infraction with a fine of $150.[/font]
