Brief history – old part :

-       Joined the Beta (now: private) server almost when it begun (alm. 3 years ago) –

-       Helped John 1WTC with building his hospital (redstone elevator with 13 levels mark 1) and building Gallifrey attemt.

-       Meanwhile bought WE perms from John (when SWDBae rank hadn’t been introduced yet).

-       Became the first director of UNIT (mountain base) and retired.

-       Got a hideaway under spawn (when it wasn’t forbidden) and a Bannerman road house;

-       created the first city on the Moon called ‘’Republic city’’ (there have been many, this one is the original). Put copies of some houses into my TARDIS, hoping to move them to public server one day.
-       After discovering that the city had been destroyed by a server wipe, left the server for a year.


Brief history – this year :

-       Returned to the server this July after passing exams

-       Restored the private server griefed elevator in the hospital

-       Found the possibility to copy the republic city houses to Public server.

-       After a month of asking permittion to recreate the city and sell houses, got it from Curious Plughole, head admin. Recreated it with a new name “Yowzille”.

-       Got Batman2_2’s Avengers tower as a gift to the city, finished it and moved it there (Details at Avengers tower history paragraph)

-       Built a modified version of the elevator (mentioned be4) for Bob’s tower (Bob is a new server mod).

-       Was preparing to find a new mayor for the city and saving city’s parts as schems (to move to 1.12) when I was told that I lost the rank due to Batman2_2’s accusation.

            I first met Batman2_2 when he decided to show me his Avengers tower prototype. He kept asking everyone with gm 1 to help him with resources for the tower – it required dozens of stained clay stacks impossible to get in survival. Then, the tower was nothing but a shape, which needed to be filled with blocks.

            I never agreed to give Batman2_2 any blocks. I rejected multiple requests of resources coming from him.

After his 5th request I decided to help building tower on the condition that the tower becomes a gift to my city and he no longer has perms for it. It was discussed that after I place a single block in the tower, for him breaking any blocks - either blocks placed by him or the blocks placed by me - would both count as griefing. He agreed to that.

We continued the build. He made a selection by placing 2 dirt blocks and telling me to fill them with smth. If he needed something removed, he told me to do it – so during the build process he got no items from me.

            While not having much time to play I couldn’t continue helping him with the build, so I made a copy at the Private server to let him finish it with gamemode 1. After he did, I copied the tower back to my city.

1)    It has been checked by Ultra-Admin Ed that the schematic I used to copy the tower didn’t have any items found in Batman2_2’s chest.

2)    All schematic’s containers were empty.

3)    The build didn’t include any resource blocks (diamond/gold/silicon/coal etc) or any other things which could be used to get creative items.

Consequently, the tower couldn’t be the source of the items found at the chest.


-       All these facts can be checked by staff whenever they want – untouched schematic copies are hidden near my TARDIS.

 When I got the accusation, ban and rank loss, I asked Ultra-Admin Ed to surround the tower with barriers so that I get no extra accusations and problems with it.

Well, the only thing I did together with him was his tower, I helped him finish building it, but with agreement that it no longer remains his property. I took the tower to my city. Taking or breaking anything from the tower would be griefing for him. We talked all those things through. And that's all

Then a long discussion of the tower thingy (read its history upper in this thread). It took a few chatting hours to convince Ed to check the schematic of the tower - when he did, he confirmed that the tower had no resources - neither hidden by me nor my Batman on private server.

Previous 2 messages were posted with mistakes. I can't edit them, hope the issue will be solved soon.

Innocence proofs I can provide:

Chatlogs with Batman2_2, in which I refuse to give him clay for the tower (not a single word about armor or whatever was found, idk)
Some players like MissionControl, ajmccraft and many others can confirm that I didn't give anyone any items, and even asked them to return the dirt they broke at the plots I sold them in my city; multiple refuses to give resources to anyone
Reporting griefs. I kept telling staff about even every wood cobblestone block broken - being too careful not to let any players get anything creative. Some said I shouldn't have been that it was too much.
If the time of teleportation to Batman2_2 is discovered, chatlogs will completely proove that I teleported away from his TARDIS almost instantly - without having time to get to the chests
Presumption of innocence - his words against mine, not a single proof for the accusation, and even absence of accusation - the guy himself doesn't believe I could do it, and never said it. (+ common sence: I wouldn't do something stupid like that after being on the server for 3 years and knowing how things work)


Conclusion:
I can't really have instant proof that I didn't do that thing with the chests. Batman2_2 could have many reasons to set me up, and that is also what I can't proof. He doesn't have any proofs against me - in fact, noone does, as I didn't do it.

I hope, though, that the facts represented here are convincing that I am not guilty. I will be adding more proofs here when I find those. If you have some evidence, please write it here. If something is needed, I'm most agreeable to any cooperation I can provide.

I know that SWDBae rank is notorious for lots of trouble, though I didn't really cause any. (I hope that bad reputation of the rank, political cituation with my country and other things will not influence the investigation)
