[FFXIV] new apartment quest / expansion suggestion

Please consider making a special quest where we are tasked with finding a special item at the request of the Housing Committee of Eorzea. This special item is said to allow the expansion of apartments or any room in a house without having to actually expand it. Suffice to say, it's a form of ancient magic.

== Apartment d'Glamour
One of the housing committee members is taking an interest in your ability to procure rare items in dangerous places, they give you a delightful smirk as you approach them. One cannot help to feel that you're going to have yet another bad time.

1. Talk with an NPC in another town.
NPC begs you to help them with their missing dolls, and you find out they're magicked to be sentient. You aid them, and the reward is information where you can get said item.

2. Do a specific dungeon.
Any number of ancient dungeons, such as Antitower, Gubal, etc. could be used. Might be best to utilize content not many people queue for, such as Snowcloak, The Lost City of Amdapor (Normal), etc.

3. Return with the item as requested.
NPC thanks you with a permit to expand your apartment to have a basement, size increase.

You may repeat this quest again for the basement permit. After doing this quest for the remaining permit, The NPC will then task you with another quest:

== The Apartment that You built
The NPC has a gleam in their eyes, they're expecting more great things from you. Similar to the original quest, but harder, more things to do. Potentially a new unique trial or dungeon, where players must use size changing mechanics to progress.

Your reward will be a second floor permit. This will make the size equal to that of a large house.
