  87. PAL is now 3-5 Seconds slower, but now when we take into consideration the amount of time Pal loses from frames, Pal is more screwed.

  89. 45 Seconds lost, in a 45 Minute speedrun, which essentially means PAL can be as slow as about 48 Seconds.
