- Bosses = ~18-20 Seconds Slower in PAL
- All the other bosses are the same these 2 are the ones that matter

- 2:40.89 2:23.08 =17.81 Seconds Faster in PAL
- US SA PAL SA
- 2.28.00 2.08.45 =19.55 Seconds Faster in PAL
- =~37.5 Seconds Faster SB+SA
- PAL is technically 20-22 Seconds Faster right now
- However
- Lose 3 Seconds every time you 100% a level
- For the 5 Bossess = 15 Seconds
- PAL now being 5-7 Seconds Faster Techincally before Factoring Framerate, and being asked to save at the end of levels
- (having no memory card does not negate being asked to save in PAL)
- Another thing with memory cards is when selecting New Game on the screen

- (which frankly will be more than that when you consider this is assuming frame perfect navigation)
- Pal also loses .097 per level with the save menu (except spooky) which is ANOTHER 2.3 Seconds lost assuming FRAME PERFECT TIMING FOR ALL 24
- PAL Cannot do Wait Skip which is 6 Second Timesaver
- PAL is now 3-5 Seconds slower, but now when we take into consideration the amount of time Pal loses from frames, Pal is more screwed.
- 45 Seconds lost, in a 45 Minute speedrun, which essentially means PAL can be as slow as about 48 Seconds.
