details on how to get ICEMAN on your license plate

I'm "auctioning" off another one of my super metroid carts.  This one is my long standing runs cart, used to get the first two 0:28's in any%, the first 1:16 and 0:45 in 100%, and probably a lot of other milestones.  Top donator for the month of ????? gets it.

I'll also make some cds of my music demos and give them out to "runners up".
