- Humans: The most dominant race found upon Erilen. Humans vary in culture and appearance, and there are several different specific branches of human; such as the fierce, war-based Reinar.
- Reinar: The Reinar is a sub-race of humans found in the northern tundras of Airene. They're well-known as hardy, stalwart folk with a warrior based culture. Reinar settlements are rarily any larger than a hamlet or village, with their capital city being one of the only exceptions to this.
- Devkarti: Caught between Reinar, Orcs, and Garzhoul, the Devkarti are stuck in the gauntlet of war. Though seen as savage and warmongering, they're among the first race to settle Airene; and live a tribal, albeit primitive, lifestyle.
- Half-Breed races: A “Half-Breed” is essentially any of the races displayed on this list intermingling with one another; consult the GM on any Half Breed you plan on creating.
- Gnome: Gnomes are short humanoids known for their stay-at-home lifestyle, though, this often belies a natural yearning for adventure.
- Dwarf: Dwarves make their home below the surface world. They expand their turf by mining for precious metals, building their homes within the ditches and warrens created from these expiditions.
- Orc: Orcs are a greenskinned race found in small tribes world wide. They're known for pillaging, ransacking, and raiding adventurers or settlements in order to make a living. Seeing war and battle as a sacred duty, the Orcs are seldom smiled upon by the other races.
- Eladrin: Eladrin, also known as High Elves, are a race of long-lived humanoids known for their natural knack for magic. Eladrin often prefer the finer things; living within beautiful, expensive architecture reminiscent of their ancestors.
- Sylvan: Also known as Wood Elves, Sylvan are descendants of Drel-Riven who stayed true to their roots and remained at one with nature; forsaking the desire to expand into large civilization with the Eladrin. Despite being found in primitive woods and locales, Sylvan architecture is among the greatest found today.
- Drow: Relatives to the Elves, Drow are found deep below the surface world, in the Underdark. The Drow can be seen as the "black sheep" of the Elves, seen as their evil kin who live in a chaotic kill-or-be-killed world.
- Aasimar: One whose bloodline contains celestial influence is known as an Aasimar. Their presence alone is seen as a good omen, but, despite this, an Aasimar's beliefs or persona isn't always beholden to their ancestry.
- Tiefling: Created from demonic taint or influence, Tieflings are often shunned for their appearance and existence alone. They often walk a dark path as a result, but good Tieflings aren't unheard of.
- Suli: Suli, sometimes referred to as the "Planestouched", have a blessed (or sometimes cursed) bloodline. Though some Suli specialize in one element, they often have a small, minor grasp over four; fire, electricity, water, and air.
- Sylvari: Sylvari are tribal humanoids native to the continent of Ormanal. They vary in appearance, even moreso than humans, with heights erratically being either incredibly short or rather tall. Sylvari have "Totem animals" that are used to divide them into tribes.
- Kobold: Native to the province of Moswylde, Kobolds are swift, lizard-like humanoids whom trace their ancestry to draconic influence. Being related to god-like entities, Kobolds are often prideful and see themselves as a superior race; a claim that others tend to find annoying.
- Catfolk: Catfolk are aptly named humanoids with sharp claws, a tail, and coats of fur; all common features found on a feline. Known to have a rather hedonistic way of life, it isn't uncommon for them to get into scruffs with the law due to their upbringing.
- Ascerian: Ascerians were spewn forth as their ancestors lived near the Manastream; slowly degrading their physical being, yet fueling them with intense magical power. They hail from Aslo, a country near the Manastream.
- Descendant: I've brought back the option of playing as a 'descendant', descendants are any race; however, they have a key event in their ancestry that manifests itself in them. Physically, and mentally.
- Tiansi: Serpent folk, Tiansi are natives to Moswylde, with a scaled hide and serpents head and neck. They typically live a shamanistic lifestyle, keeping away from the 'mainstream' pantheon.
- Specialized Races: Often times, I will not allow specialized races to be made; but, if you’re capable of making a good, well-rounded character with a race you’ve made yourself, I can make an exception.
