- Fourze was distracted and the Goblin was fast. They collided in an instant, with a fleshy SMACK as metal hit body. The Goblin spun skyward into the air, Fourze pinned to the front through G-forces, struggling to pull himself over the rim. The winch still attached to his arm swung wildly in the air, the hook extending down at an incredible rate, and snagging Hale by the seat of his shorts. The glider flew up. The line went taut.
- Hale's full four hundred pounds of muscle were yanked into the air, trailing behind Fourze as he flew.
