- Ok you ready for this brian throw up lol
- Instead of laning I was thinking about making a neutral enemy that fills the entire map ( pretty much a computer player that is just set to RTS ) They gather resources build units,defend,etc... As a team you have to keep threat on this team so they send waves of units at you for exp/moneys....
- the more pressure you put on them the more "threat" you will become
- The ulitimate goal is to kill the computer player as fast as you can so they can't use all the resources of the planet... by doing this you become strong enough to eventually fight the other team doing the same thing

- Was also thinking of an ammo/energy system where you need to use ammo for attacks,etc... so you carry clips outside of your base and once you run out you need to go back to base

- but your base also has a limit so if you run out of ammo you are screwed until a certain timer expires
- it would be 5v5v1

- but with requiring ammo it should force people to bunker up for first half of the game because they simply dont have enough ammo/power to leave their base

- yeah been working on it lol
- I already have random generated bases
- just creates a million buildings and minerals/gas next to them
- so everytime the game starts building placement is differnt
- they are doing rock the cab comp... i prob wont be finished in time though ha
- but yeah i was going to create some method so when you kill a nexus/command center/hive it counts all the big bases the main computer owns and then finds the percentage of money that the base would of collected and gives it too your team
- so if the pc has 20k minerals when you kill a CC and they have 10 CC you would get 2000 minerals
- Your base will be filled with towers that use ammo/explosives to attack... it will also have energy to make sure your units heal while they are in the base... Thus when waves of enemies come you need to defend your base so you have enough ammo/energy to continue to defend... once energy and ammo runs out you can't heal and or can't attack at all.. ( This would be the point the other team attacks you )
- so by staying a higher threat you can gain more exp/resources but you also risk using too much and spreading your team too thin
- also was thinking about making a clone system where you need to pay for a clone and he will only be so strong... So if you die your hero starts back at lvl 1 or you use the clone you bought to restore it too a certain lvl... Then there will be a team level that does not reset that gives you bonus stats - like health,dmg,etc
- Heroes will not get stronger as they lvl - Just unlock new attrabutes/passives
- Pretty much the jist of it all lol... I really think if done right could be quite fun

- nah i am more concerned with the data part creating enough heroes and balance
- last night i created a cool hero selection though!
- I am going to make it so you have to unlock heroes as you play like heroes of the storm
- Just so it has lots of reply value lol
- The ammo part may be hard llol

- They added all war3 assetts to the editor... but the data is not attached so you have to attach all the data it fucking s ucks lol
- I can get orcs to mine gold/trees... I can't get the AI too do it ha
- but ultimatly i just want to create a new type of MOBA... where the basics are still there lvl a hero make him stronger kill guys... but the way you lvl your hero i want it to be new
- instead of this dumb laning game
- add more rpg elements onto the game
- like 4 new pilots leaked on piratebay ha... Lucifer/Minority Report seem like they may be ok shows
- but so far i have 3 ideas of heroes since they will require ammo Energy units that uses your towns energy in order to attack, Ammo units that use your towns ammo in order to attack, physical units that use stamina to attack - They don't need to go back to base but perhaps run out of stamina pretty fast.
