CrystalDust Hybrid Alternative Route

This strat combines the alternate early game (https://pastebin.com/Ap8H8Zc3) as well as the "Quina strat" (OHKO wild to get early Gatr) (https://pastebin.com/Q95Mr71G). Assuming all ranges are hit, AND you have Torrent for Rod, it is likely faster than the normal strat, though it is unlikely to achieve.

MAIN MODIFICATIONS:
- Fight Nico (5 turns)
- Fight Anthony (3 turns)
- Get 77 EXP from wilds (OHKOing Sandshrew in Union gets you this - it yields 79 EXP)
- Skip Benny (5 turns plus Fury Attack)
- Candy in Lighthouse to L31 before Chuck's gym (combine with Strength/repel menu) instead of after Machoke to L32

BENEFITS:
- Do Rage + Scratch, Scratch, Scratch on Chow (75% ranges on last 2) - save 1 turn if hit both ranges
- Jin's Bellsprout is a guaranteed Scratch 2HKO, saving 1 turn
- Neal's Bellsprout is a guaranteed Scratch 2HKO, saving 1 turn
- Li's first Bellsprout has improved 2HKO range (94.14%), up from 31.25%
- Li's Hoothoot is much more likely 3HKO (guaranteed if he doesn't Growl turn 1), typically a 4HKO if he Growls at all (old strat)
- If have Torrent after Tower, can OHKO Pidgeys (avoid Sand Attack)
- Can OHKO first rat in well w/o Torrent (31.25% range) and guaranteed 2nd with Torrent (can also do Rage strats)
- Can OHKO first bat in well w/ Torrent (50% range) and 27.34% range to 2HKO Ekans w/o Torrent
- Slightly safer Koffing (it does less damage) in well
- Can do Rage strats on minions in Bugsy's gym (first trainer is a 25% range)
- Speed tied with Spinarak after a Scary Face
- Hitmonlee is a 12.5% range with Strength (up from 0%)
- Machoke is 75% range with Surf (up from 68.75%)
- Primeape is 43.75% range with Strength (up from 18.75%)
- Poliwrath is 95.70% 2HKO with HB + Strength (up from 91.80%)
- Hit L41 for Rival 4's Sneasel - will outspeed (only vulnerable to QA)
