  1. GAME RULES:
  2.
  3. [Nation Ruining]
  4.
  5. I. Don't nation ruin yourself or others. EX: Deleting factories in states you're about to lose (though you're really only hurting yourself), intentionally stackwiping surrendered enemy stacks, suiciding troops into mountains with negative attack generals. No dismantle nation CB. No releasing nations. The host has ultimate discretion on what constitutes "nation ruining."
  6.
  7. II. You are not allowed to take decisions that will annex or indirectly annex another player. (AE: Viceroyalties atop of player Peru/Chile/Colombia) unless they consent to it. Exceptions: Formables (Aragon-Italy, Italy, Arcadia, Ameriga, HRE, Germany, etc.)
  8. [Peace Deals & War]
  9.
  10. III. Surrender is 100% and non-retractable. Surrenders must always be accepted. Do not send stabhit peace deals to another player or any peace that hasn't been explicitly agreed to. Conditional surrenders are enforced. The limit for peacedeals is 101. No enclaves. No hijacking wars. Total surrender requires the input of all GPs on one side. Separate surrenders are allowed but you are not allowed to rejoin the war on either side at a later date, even without a truce, UNLESS during a Great War.
  11.
  12. IV. Announce declaring on players and spherelings in chat. You may only declare war on someone's spherelings to open new fronts whilst at war, otherwise, you cannot annex/take land from them if the spherelord is at war with another player. If requested by the player you are at war with, you MUST call in substates/puppets into wars. Accepting sphereling call-to-arms regardless of alliance does not count as a "friendly intervention." (NOTE THAT SEPARATELY DECLARING WARS IS ALLOWED, BUT THE WARS WILL BE MERGED IF THE NATIONS INVOLVED ARE MILITARILY COOPERATING OR COORDINATING AT GM DISCRESSION.)
  13.
  14. V. You are allowed to force a peace at 100% WS, however, this will only be allowed for tickers with 100% progress AND fulfillment. Stalemates can be called where both sides will gain 100% occupied and fulfilled tickers. The side with more WS overall will use their wargoals, and the side with less will have three-way transfers done for theirs. For future reference, a side can call a stalemate after a war lasts for over one year and no combat is occurring. Then, a stalemate timer for three months can be called by declaring "Stalemate" in chat, then a timer will be given.
  15. VI. No Multi-Province retreat, no retreating through enemy units, no retreating through enemy frontlines, no retreating from neutral to enemy or from enemy to neutral, units are NOT allowed to move from neutral territory into enemy territory or vice versa during player wars. The general rule of thumb for this is you can go neutral to friendly, friendly to neutral, neutral to neutral. Do NOT delete units that are about to be attacked/are on a frontline. Uncolonized is not neutral.
  16.
  17. VII. No peacing out AI nations for over 100 WS.
  18. [Economy, China, Spears]
  19.
  20. VIII. Do not exploit the game's economy/exploit around Cut Down to Size. Stockpiling is allowed.
  21.
  22. IX. If someone doesn't want to be in your sphere, remove them from sphere and allow them to be sphered by another GP without contest. You are not allowed to puppet someone without their consent.
  23.
  24. X. If China is NOT a player:
  25. - All nations are allowed to annex the following:
  26. - Hainan, Xinjiang, Taiwan, Mongolia, Inner Mongolia, Manchuria, and Tibet are up for grabs. CHENGDE IS NOT.
  27. - All treaty ports are up for grabs.
  28. - No allying or sphereing any AI Chinese nations
