- I'd like to take this moment to thank Valve for producing this abortion of an anti-cheat.
- When it takes 6 months to get me banned, I can safely say that I can recoup the costs of
- new copies of my games by then.
- It's funny how delayed bans only work for confusing the cheaters, though. I'm not sure if
- the people who don't cheat like this, since they don't really like being headshotted
- by me a lot. Perhaps if the bans were near-instant and not delayed for months, people would
- have a lot less of an incentive to cheat. I tried cheating on a PunkBuster game and got globally
- banned within minutes. Suffice to say, I'm not going to try that ever again.
- If VAC was designed for the community and not for marketing blurbs, it might work, but until then
- I will be cheating to my heart's content.
