- "What can you tell me about the trajectory of the planet now?"
- 16's calculated voice responded. "The orbits intersect, but the system will remain stable for the next forty-one orbits. On the forty-second orbit, the two planets will collide."
- Vegeta snorted. "Oh well. Maybe that will give them a reason to call me up again."
- "Are you, serious? I mean, milord!" exclaimed Oniya. "Surely you wouldn't-"
- "Obviously I'm not serious," he grunted, the faintest note of amusement in his voice. "Here, watch."
- The Saiyan raised a single hand, filling it with what remained of his energy. The supersized portal had drained him nearly to the limits of his power, but…
- The beam rocketed silently through space, piercing the swirling cloud that was the remains of Luzho. The dust instantly began to glow...first red, then blue, then blinding white as the energy broke the molecules into atoms and the atoms into ions.
- Within seconds, the beam had transformed one side of Luzho into a supersized nuclear rocket engine. Millions of tonnes of plasma cascaded away each second, shoving the doomed planet in the opposite direction.
- Only mere moments later, 16's disembodied voice came through Vegeta's scouter again. "The trajectory has been altered sufficiently. The remains of Luzho will now be swallowed up by this system's star after six orbits."
- Satisfied, Vegeta flashed back into his Super Saiyan form with his last remaining energy reserves and rifted back to the Bringer of Death.
