Intro

This chart above is incomplete and only intended to give examples for a basic understanding of the concept of the relation between number base systems, universal levels, races and their karmic function. It's written in a rising manner to represent how these levels may look to you when viewed using your spirit's vision or the 3rd eye.

Galaxies consist of 16 levels, these have been mapped elsewhere, so we won't go into this here. The top of the level 16 here also represents the Boddhisatva enlightenment level. This does not mean a succubus is enlightened or that an alcoholic is beyond that. This chart deals with the karmic levels and how these relate to the structure of the galactic levels.

Karmic levels in human society

The lower the number, the faster karma is eliminated. This means the distance in time and space from its creation, until it is destroyed. At level 1 you find killer fairies, ghostly white beings sometimes seen on misty fields. There is no distance between the act which created a karmic substance and its elimination at this level. If you meet a killer fairy and you have a lot of karma, you're in trouble. They will relentlessly attack your weaknesses and will not give you any rest, because they don't allow karma to exist.

At level 2 you will experience a period of perceived benefit from the creation of karma, followed by a period of suffering. It will keep alternating, 1, 2... 1, 2...
At level 3 you will experience a structure added on top of this, it will work like so: 1, 2, 3 (things are going my way)... 1, 2, 3 (I'm failing, why do I have such bad luck); it will alternate with 3 good followed by 3 bad.

Things keep getting more and more complex like this, with the karma manifesting in ways that seem unpredictable as the level rises.

By changing the level of your thinking and acting, you can experience these levels. If you are living mindlessly you can relate level 2 with day and night, or being at home to rest followed by leaving for work. You move back and forth like this (and you're being influenced by djinn). If you get ill you will experience level 1, the malevolence of these beings will make you feel hopeless, will it ever end?

You can also experience these levels voluntarily by exercising. As you take up a difficult yoga stance or lift a weight, you are experiencing suffering... (1) then you decide you can't take it anymore so you relax and feel at ease (2), you've now completed one cycle at the djinn level.

Up until level 16, which also means using hexadecimal, things are under control. It creates a complex society but it's still possible to handle. Karma manifests in many ways and situations can get really troublesome, but if you remain aware and balance yourself, you can predict its movements and survive.

Karma at unsafe levels

If you're clever enough you can figure out ways to not suffer. You can amass wealth and avoid it by placing your suffering onto others. You can use drugs to ease your pain. If you want to relax after a difficult week and get drunk, or you go to a doctor and get medication prescribed, you are now at level 17. You avoided the karma and it piled up instead of being burned off. You are not suffering, for now... Next time it will get worse however.

Is someone causing you lots of trouble? What if you kill that person, your problems will be gone? You are now at level 18, and the karma you avoided will manifest as a police investigation aiming to imprison or execute you.
Maybe you are really clever and build a crime syndicate to avoid the police. You have now raised the level again. Keep going and you can reach level 28 and become the dictator of a country. But if you stay here, you will face a rebellion, your government will fall and your entire family may be executed while your name is dragged in the dirt forever.

Don't worry, keep going and you may reach level 36, this is a "magic" level. This is where an agricultural society can be created, ruled by a king. The king will not be killed as long as he shares his wealth with everyone. It will create stability; feed the people and the entire country will now be at this level. But wait, your neighbouring country doesn't like how you dominate the market... it looks like they are going to start a war with you. The karma you pushed aside will come back again, this time worse than ever.

Elaboration of how karmic levels work

The complexity of karma increases with each level. It can be perceived as exponential, but not entirely. To understand it logically, each level would be an algorithm, and when you add levels and move up, you would have to take algorithm1 x algorithm2 x algorithm3 to get the grey level. The increase is then dependent on what principles for karmic transformation are contained in each level, not what number the level has in itself. This is the reason for "magic levels". The algorithms in these are more lenient than others. There are beings who specialize in utilizing this to stay at unsafe levels (but humans are not meant to do this).

It seems that for the unsafe levels within reach of human society, a "magic level" can be divided by 9. This also hints at the reason why greys(3) and lyrans(9) have been so successful in spreading their influence.
Take lyran(9) x 2 and you get murder fairy(18).
Murder fairy(18) x 2 = Flower fairy(36)
Flower fairy(36) x 2 = Sexual reproduction(72)
While the exact functioning is unclear, it seems lyrans are able to handle their reproduction indefinitely because they can simply divide 72 by 9, as long as there are 8 lyrans in the group they can handle the karma.
Greys on the other hand would need a group of 24 to handle the same karma. They initially chose the path of trying create asexual reproduction by science instead, which was successfully achieved by the "little green men" outlier group. If you take a further look at the numbers, you can see that reptilian(6) and drow(12) also achieve the same standard; 12 reptilians or 6 drow can also handle the karma of sexual reproduction. They only need social control and they can do it, although the method is somewhat less aesthetic from a mathematical viewpoint.


Summary and conclusions

Let's go back to human society. We have had agricultural societies for a long time, are you saying this doesn't work?
Yes and no. It works under specific conditions. Let's take the example of the king at level 36 again. His neighbour is preparing to attack him and start a war. This happens because the kingdom only has unity within itself, the karma is only pushed aside. The neighbour is being harmed by the dominance of this agricultural nation and will not accept it. The king can remove this threat with a simple method: alliance by marriage.
Offer the other king your daughter and the nations are linked by "blood and soil." We now have two nations lead by kings, where their family lines are linked. This means 36 + 36 = 72. Through this ritual of marriage, the karma was again contained. It was moved to the next generation. The war is no longer happening.
This works in the same manner down to the smallest landowner. The marriage system will make sure to create unity and the karma is kept from destroying everyone. Each generation will have to keep this up however, if anyone breaks the chain, they will be hit by the karma. For this reason, adultery is very serious in a society like this, it will lead to the destruction of the nation by war.
When karma is kept aside consistently, it finds other ways in. Farming is tedious and straining work and many people will die from famine if the harvest fails. The life expectancy may be low. But the nations remain.

What is described above should give a general idea of the functioning of karma and how it influenced our history. It also shows something else: today's world is in deep trouble. What was the reason for the first world war? During the 1800s, the worker's movement started gaining popularity and the authority of the royalty was eroding. If the ritual of alliancy by marriage isn't maintained, the karma will not be kept away. The revolutionary movements did not offer a way to instantly replace this ritual for containing karma, but it was also not completely wrong in its analysis. The method of handling karma through marriage of royalty is for agricultural societies. During this period the ritual did not work, because the industrial revolution did not operate on the level of farming (36).
It should also be noted that democracy does not work in an agricultural society, because of the lack of long term authority of its leaders. There is no way to contain the karma if the king was replaced every 4 years, he has to stay for life, and the ritual passed on to the next generation.
