  1. Jason moved back into the moving mass of humanity as the drinks went down and filled her stomach with warmth. The music mix was eclectic, mostly focusing on the type of songs that made your body feel the bass reverberate off your insides mixed with a few that were the strange mixture of European techno and whatever the DJ thought might mix up the crowd. She didn’t care what they played, as long as she could dance to it. If the floor hadn’t been so crowded she would have simply let her eyes stay shut and moved to the beat. With how crowded it was, she had no choice but to keep her eyes open.
  2.
  3. She hadn’t had the chance to go dancing in ages, which was why she’d gone all out. Even if she hadn’t been one of the best dancers on the floor eyes would have been on her. The dress she wore hugged all of her curves, of which there were many. As much time as she spent wearing grease stained coveralls, having her hair up and smelling like the inside of an engine, she loved to show off. The dress showed off much of her impressive cleavage, but not enough to be in danger of spilling out. The lines clung to the impossible form that only high end models and shipgirls had, hugging her rear and ending around mid-thigh. Nobody could call her anything but elegantly dressed, but between her artfully applied minimalist makeup, the way she’d let her hair hang down and the beauty inherent in every ship girl she simply oozed sensuality.
  4.
  5. And she knew it. She could feel the eyes on her. Lionfish and Victorious had their share, but neither of them were in the same weight class as her. From sheer experience if nothing else. The music beat all around her and she swayed. Hips moving with the grace of a dancer, upper body moving in its own time, she drew gazes from even the far corners of the room.
  6.
  7. She relished them. Going out wasn't an exercise in being left alone. No, it was to go out and have fun while being seen doing it. Most of the stares she simply enjoyed. A few she ignored, those looking at in certain ways not worth her time. A few she turned and considered.
  8.
  9. No, too greasy.
  10.
  11. No, to married.
  12.
  13. No, girls were fun to dance with occasionally but that wasn't what she was looking for tonight.
  14.
  15. ...Him.
  16.
  17. He was young. Perhaps too young but she liked his eyes. They were looking at hers.
  18.
  19. Mostly.
  20.
  21. That was good, interest was nice, leering was not.
  22.
  23. As their eyes met he froze, mesmerized as she smiled at him. Then she raised her arm and crooked her finger.
  24.
  25. He didn't hesitate. He might not have even realized he moved.
  26.
  27. She didn't care. All she cared was that he was moving towards her and she him.
  28.
  29. They met near the middle of the dance floor. HIs mouth opened to speak, she placed her finger over it and shook her head.
  30.
  31. Now was not the time for that.
  32.
  33. Instead she wrapped her arms around his neck, her body pressed close to his as she kept his eyes locked on hers. Then as the next song began to play she began to dance.
  34.
  35. She could have blown his mind with the first dance, pressed him to the point he was simply begging her for more. She knew how to, if she wanted.
  36.
  37. Instead she lead him upwards slowly. One movement at a time, her body swaying to the beat but yet following one much older than anything from the speakers. A dance from the beginning of time. A dance of excitement, of tension and desire.
  38.
  39. He followed along, unsure at first but eventually managing to keep up with her.
  40.
  41. Then she pushed it. Faster, more intricate, more of her pressed to him.
  42.
  43. He struggled to match pace but she didn't frustrate him. Instead as an hour passed she raised him higher and higher as their bodies warmed.
  44.
  45. At a point even she couldn't have properly described they reached a peak, his face flush. Then she began to lower him back down. Slowly of course, there would be no crash here.
  46.
  47. Eventually as the last song played a haunting lilt she smiled at him and leaned in.
  48.
  49. His mouth tasted of salt as it should have given his efforts. She did not mind, it was an honest sweat and he'd earned this.
  50.
  51. Her lips moved with as much care as her body had, pressing to his with a soft pressure as her hands tangled in his hair. It was long, sensual, smoldering. She enjoyed it as much as he did, her eyes meeting his dazed ones when she finally pulled away.
  52.
  53. "Thanks for the dance." She smiled at him, leaning up to plant one more gentle kiss on his cheek. "I'll see you around."
  54.
  55. Then she was gone, turning away and disappearing into the crowd as he stood there in shock.
  56.
  57. She'd had fun.
  58.
  59. He'd never forget.
  60.
  61. She might even come back for him like she'd said.
