SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED</div><p>The Contractor agrees to provide the following services: Website redesign including new UI/UX design, front-end development with responsive implementation, and CMS integration for the client's corporate website (approximately 15 pages). Contractor will deliver wireframes, mockups, and final implementation according to the project timeline.</p></div><div style=\"margin-bottom:10px;\"><div style=\"font-weight:bold;margin-bottom:10px;color:#2c3e50;\">2. COMPENSATION</div><p>Client agrees to pay Contractor a fee of $8,500 for the services described above. Payment shall be made as follows: 30% ($2,550) upon signing this contract, 40% ($3,400) upon approval of design mockups, and the remaining 30% ($2,550) upon project completion and delivery.</p></div><div style=\"margin-bottom:20px;\"><div style=\"font-weight:bold;margin-bottom:10px;color:#2c3e50;\">3. TERM AND TERMINATION</div><p>This Agreement shall commence on October 20, 2023 and shall continue until December 15, 2023 or Project Completion. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days written notice.
