Chris review

Chris has 0 experience with Communications in IT. I don't think he is a bad guy but he needs to severly change his teaching style and realize that this class is one of the least important ones, so just give the people some slack. I have no clue why this school decided to have him teach this class. He gave us a huge lecture at the beginning of the school year about coming late to class and how bad that is, BUT HE SHOWS UP LATE TO EVERY CLASS. Aside from this we barely do communications for IT, Chris is mostly teaching us grade 9 English. He also starts yelling at people in class to be quiet, that never even said anything. This is distracting the whole class because he can't even focus on his own thoughts, that aside the way he goes about it, no one ever listens anyway.
It's a joke that the school employs such bad teachers.
Chris has also not marked a lot of assignments from the beginning of the year and some grades took several months to be posted, which prompted some of my classmates to drop the course as they thought they were doing well. That aside Chris doesn't follow any logical guides when grading and he is purposely giving out good grades to students who have degrees in law and economics and when asked, he said he isn't even surer he would grade himself at 100%. This course is supposed to be one of the easier ones as other courses are heavy with coding and logic, yet Chris wants us to complete assignments on assignments.

In summary here is my feedback for Chris:
- Show up to class on time!! All your students seem to be able to do it.
- Stop giving out shit grades for a class that is supposed to be easy, getting a 50% on a COMMS assignment isn't motivating, it just makes us hate the class more
- Stop interrupting the class and yelling for people to be quiet. This is more disturbing than the kids talking!
- I appreciate you trying to teach us something, but the amount of assignments you're giving us is ridiculous. Why can't we have a final worth 40%, maybe 2 assignments with 15% each and the rest maybe classwork? We have literally an assignment each week worth 15%, then a second one worth 2.5%. This is way too much and my focus is on classes that actually matter.

I regret taking this class with Chris and quite honestly wish I could have my money back. I don't think Chris has contributed in any way towards my development and I don't feel like I've gained better communication skills due to this class. Chris should go teach grade 9 or 10 because I see him doing a better job at that. He treats us pretty much like we are high schoolers so it would work perfect for him.
