  1. Hello, class! It is sad to say, but you may be rejoicing, for this is our last Ancient Runes class together! For this last class we will be moving on to the final two runes- 8 and 9. Let's get started.
  2. The rune 8 is symbolized by the Acromantula. An Acromantula is a species of giant spider, native to the rainforests of Southeast Asia, particularly Borneo. Acromantulas sport eight, black eyes (white if blind) and are typically covered in thick black hair, with a leg span that can reach up to fifteen feet.
  3. The number 9 is symbolized by the Hydra. The Hydra is a serpent-like beast with nine heads.
  4. This concludes our study of Ancient Runes! Your last homework assignment will be somewhat of a review as well. I wish you all well! Thank you for taking Ancient Runes with me.
