Cancellation policy

        Cancellation and No-Show Policy
    </strong>

    <li>
        Malaeb reserves the right to cancel any bookings that might be deemed to be based on inaccurate information provided while registering. Your booking may be cancelled if we cannot reach you in order to verify from the details provided
    </li>
    <li>
        By making this booking you are agreeing to the cancellation and no show policy agreed between Malaeb and the pitch provider. The cancellation and no show policy is as follows:

        <br/>
        <strong>
            Cash Bookings
        </strong>
        <br/>
        -Bookings have to be cancelled at least 24 hours before the time of the booking.
        <br/>
        -Failing to adhere to the cancellation time notice above might affect your ability to make future bookings with the pitch provider. If the same happens on 3 different bookings, you will not be able to make future bookings using Malaeb.
        <br/>
        -You will not be able to make future bookings using Malaeb in case of a no-show. Contact details will also be forwarded to the pitch provider.
        <br/>
        <br/>
        <strong>
            Online Payment Bookings
        </strong>
        <br/>
        -If you need to cancel a booking after paying online, you will be granted a refund that will enable you to book the same pitch at a different date (subject to availability) provided that the booking is cancelled at least 2 hours before the booking time. The full amount will be charged if the cancellation notice time Is missed

    <li>
        Bookings made through Malaeb can be cancelled by:
        <br/>
        1-Going to the Matches page on the application
        <br/>
        2-Finding the booking to be cancelled
        <br/>
        3-Sliding the booking to the left and cancelling it
        <br/>
    </li>
    <li>
        Malaeb is not responsible or liable in any way for bookings made directly with the pitch provider. Cancellations for these bookings have to be made by contacting the pitch provider.
    </li>
    <li>
        If your booking needs to be cancelled by the pitch provider due to circumstances outside the control of Malaeb. You will be notified as soon as the pitch provider contacts Malaeb.
    </li>
